Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up packaging machines and scales according to production requirements.
+ Maintain quality specifications throughout the production process.
+ Adjust scales to ensure accurate measurements and packaging.
+ Monitor and maintain packaging speeds based on package size and product type.
+ Complete shift production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Perform equipment and scale setup as needed.
+ Monitor and maintain fryer oil levels for optimal performance.
+ Ensure seasoning levels are adequate and adjust seasoning application as necessary.
+ Conduct oil filtration procedures to maintain equipment integrity.
+ Implement waste reduction initiatives to improve efficiency and minimize losses.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
+ Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
+ Proficiency in equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

**Pay Details:** 15.00 to 16.00 per hour

Primary responsibilities for Food Production Associates include:
+ Material Handler: Move, sort, weigh, package, label, and ship product
+ Assemble boxes for shipment of product
+ Sanitize and organize tools, equipment, and workspaces within the warehouse
+ Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) while meeting all USDA standards and guidelines
+ Work as a team to meet production goals
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ Must be able to follow instructions with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and move throughout the warehouse for a 10-hour shift is required.
+ The ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted is required.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in assigned tasks.
+ Ability to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, talk, push, pull, and handle objects with hands.
+ Reliable transportation required
Available Shift:
+ 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
