The Director, Food Drug and Mass Market Sales will oversee and lead the development, implementation and monitoring of sales strategies for all brands/customers within the Boehringer Food/Drug and Mass Market group and will have the responsibility of leading the Operational success of the business, measured in top line sales and profit. This role will be responsible for building commercial strategy that transforms the current approach inclusive of distribution, category management and promotional activities. It will develop and leverage a highly progressive customer focused Food/Drug mass Market business model within the channels of Food/Drug, mass market, and eCommerce and other alternative channels as needed. The incumbent will oversee the development of sales strategies, policies, procedures, strategic planning, organizational development/succession planning, and training and development efforts. This position requires an in-depth understanding of prescription medication workflows between retailer and veterinarians and the ability to develop strategies to reduce friction between retailers and veterinarians. In addition, the incumbent needs to understand the differences between human and veterinary prescription workflow.
The Director, Food Drug and Mass Market Sales will focus on the development of the vision for long term sustainable growth by continuously raising the capability of the Sales teams. This position will present category strategies to company's management to support corporate strategy development and resource allocation decisions. The incumbent will be responsible for the realization of the top line sales and bottom-line profits for the Mass Market Retail Business. This role is responsible for building a collaborative relationship with the Animal Health Care functions (outside of Pet Retail).
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Provides vision and long-term strategic direction to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
+ Develops yearly customer (Strategic/Core customers) sales, market share and profit targets that cascade from the brand (corporate) targets. This involves customer segmentation, channel strategies and portfolio management.

**Requirements**

Manager, Product Management As Manager, Network Products you will join a team leading product strategy, roadmap and execution of the future of Mastercard’s global card payments network. The network is the company's core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for our other key services.

The successful candidate will define and execute strategy + product management for Mastercard Authorization Resiliency - ensuring real-time approval of purchases and other transactions as well as the provision of value-added services. Authorization is an essential component of our network and a foundational part of Mastercard’s business. The role will lead the development and market rollout of functional upgrades and new product offerings, as well as other initiatives including changes to our Franchise rules and programs.

The role

As lead for Mastercard Authorization Resiliency, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a Resiliency product roadmap to ensure that every transaction receives decisioning and fulfillment.

• Participate and lead projects for product enhancements to address market needs
• Shape and pursue new product and pricing opportunities; drive new offerings from concept to market, and go to market process, in partnership with regional product leads and market teams
• Propose and drive changes to Mastercard Franchise or other rules or programs to drive outcomes beneficial to the ecosystem, including cardholders, merchants and financial institution customers
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, shape proposals and drive execution
• Perform high-quality analysis for identifying opportunities, preparing business cases for proposed solutions and estimating impact
• Present overviews of your approach, proposals and progress to key executive leadership
• Maintain an independent mindset and view of the facts, develop a strong view of the best available approaches, make a compelling case and push hard for the right outcome – and stay flexible and pragmatic in your approach to getting things done

The candidate
• Prior experience in payments is preferred
• Strong organizational and workstream management skills
Consulting background also a plus
• Superior communications, visual and verbal presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills and relevant experience is required
• Desire to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules
• Business-oriented and strategic mindset in product development and decision-making

Responsibilities

Card Benefits Strategy & Development: align with relevant product teams and deliver benefits that enhance customer value in line with Mastercard’s global Airport Services strategy
Revenue Growth: identify and execute opportunities that expand monetization of Airport Services benefits, manage Airport Services strategic roadmap and support regional pipeline.
Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, negotiating agreements, ensuring quarterly business reviews and monitoring performance against SLAs
Alignment: ensure benefit initiatives are coordinated across card product teams, integrated into platform roadmaps and correctly set up with operational enablers
Go To Market: ensure that Commercialization teams, B2B Marketing and other relevant teams are equipped with tools, training and insights to effectively sell and promote benefit awareness

Experience
Deep understanding of the airport and travel landscape, including industry dynamics, operational requirements and effective go-to-market strategies
Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases, manage budgets, understand cost drivers and own P&L
Experience with airport lounge operations and external vendor management is preferred.
Experience in product management, partnerships or related roles in payments, financial services or travel loyalty programs
Proven track record of managing high-value partner relationships and delivering measurable business results
Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue generation, analytics and using data to drive timely decisions

Role
We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the development and scaling of fraud and risk solutions. This role will drive product strategy, development, execution, and adoption in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the roadmap and delivery of account and merchant-level fraud and risk solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and regional teams to define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle—from scoping and execution to delivery and documentation.
• Drive product adoption and usage, evangelizing the product benefits at a regional, customer, and geographic level
• Drive regional accountability throughout the development and management process
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
• Define and track success metrics and KPIs to ensure product quality and impact.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to drive internal and external adoption.

• Previous product management experience, including fraud and risk domains.
• Strong understanding of payment fraud scenarios (e.g., account takeover, merchant risk, etc.).
