**About this role:**

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills and be capable of translating customer needs into detailed product specifications. You will collaborate across functions including R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, leading initiatives without direct authority to align your team towards common goals. This role involves managing the lifecycle activities for an Automotive Lighting portfolio that supports strategic initiatives, including: Performing strategic segmentation analysis to evaluate market size, competitive landscape, and alignment with OSI strengths. Researching market needs, customer requirements, and competitive positioning. Engaging regularly with cross-functional teams. Developing product roadmaps and providing status updates to stakeholders. Creating high-quality deliverables such as business cases, marketing requirements, compliance documents, pricing strategies, and sales tools. Providing clear requirements and go-to-market strategies for products within the portfolio. Engaging Voice of the Customer insights throughout the product lifecycle to translate market needs into technical specifications. Supporting sales through product presentations and collateral development. Who we are looking for Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive industry (Master's degree plus at least 3 years of experience preferred). Strong ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior. Experience conducting competitive analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
