The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the production of complex instrumentation, driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices, and leading manufacturing transfer initiatives.
This position reports to the Manufacturing/Process Engineering Manager, part of the Operations Team located in Loveland Colorado and will be an on-site role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Use engineering and scientific principles to diagnose and correct issues with intricate biomedical instrumentation and test equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
- Contribute to the successful relocation of manufacturing lines by acquiring in depth knowledge about the instruments, parts, and processes through hands on learning from subject matter experts.
- Lead lean conversion, process optimization, and design change projects from conception to implementation.
- Provide data and manufacturing insight to Quality and Service team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field.
- 5+ years experience in the Life Sciences instrumentation field.
- Experience with the development, support, manufacturing, and/or sustainment of complex biomedical instrumentation.
- Experience leading projects and project teams from ideation to implementation.
- Excellent technical communication, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel - 20% of the time.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
- Particle Counting and/or Flow Cytometry
- Drafting and executing Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Process Qualification, Verification and Validation protocols.
- PowerBI, Oracle Fusion, Python, SQL, LabVIEW, SolidWorks

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
