What you'll be doing:
- Prepare foods according to the established menu and snack schedules keeping with the nutritional requirements.
- Pre-prep and pull menu items for next day service.
- Utilize proper procedures to heat, hold, cool, label, store and discard food according to applicable food safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare bag lunches and other food needs for client activities (field trips, outings, reward parties).

- High school diploma/or equivalent required.
- Previous food service experience in a healthcare or residential setting preferred.

- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Must be 21 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical & TB test.
- Have a valid driver's license and good driving record, with no more than 5 points, and current automobile insurance.
