**HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:**
The Senior Forecasting Analyst provides leadership and analytical skills to ensure our brands have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This role involves making decisions that maximize profitability and has a significant impact on sales, margin, and inventory.
This role reports to the Senior Forecasting Manager and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
**Responsibilities include:**
**60%:** Execute the forecasting and buying processes for assigned product categories
? Ownership of creating SBU specific wholesale forecast and using Anaplan as main tool for forecast creation.
? Participate in the style ranking process used for initial replenishment forecasts and for seasonal forecasts. This is a collaborative effort with Merchandising and the output is used to drive Customer Sell-in recommendations.
? Maintain appropriate buying strategies (weeks of supply, safety stock, etc.) to support brand and SBU specific service level, Days of Supply, and Open To Buy constraints.
? Own forecast consolidation across all channels.
? Interact with DTC team regarding all upcoming replenishment deliverables and updating information the team passes off.
? Support both the Anaplan Seasonal Forecast Model as well as the Anaplan Replenishment Remix Model. Includes initial style setup and maintenance in the model. Also includes updates to data/bookings pulls, validating forecast info against updated overall sales plans and POS data, and remixing forecasts down to program/style level.
? Adhere to all critical calendar deliverables including forecast publish dates, fabric commits, buys, and style costing updates.
? Analyze POS and Booking trend information regularly and re-mix style forecasts as customer demand changes.
? Assist with the TFA forecast update as well as the Omnia forecast update the 1st week of the fiscal month for replenishment styles.
? Prepare the monthly percentage updates for replenishment product and publish to the Inventory Team after the beginning of the month TFA forecasts are published.
? Support and assist with replenishment forecasting initiatives such as Machine Learning for forecast generation and additional Anaplan forecasting enhancements.
**20%:** Support other SBUs on forecasting team in forecasts, buys, and reporting
? Assist other SBUs in forecast setup in Anaplan and assist in remixing forecast for Replenishment team.
? Assist in weekly reporting for Replenishment team.
? Work with Anaplan team to enhance and update models as needed. This includes trouble shooting and identifying issues and working to resolve.
**20%:** Ad Hoc Reporting and special projects
? Create reports and analyze data as needed for executives.
? Represent Forecasting team during cross functional meetings and special projects.
? Validate data for accuracy on companywide initiatives such as hierarchy conversion, tableau conversion, etc. Work with necessary teams to correct data inaccuracies and suggest enhancements to current processes.
? Enhancements to the Anaplan Remix model and identifying ways to streamline existing processes to Tableau.

Essential Functions:

**Position Specific Description**
The Forecasting Analyst position is within the Load Forecasting team in FPL's Financial Forecasting group, located in Juno Beach, FPL. **About the Role:**
Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights that drive business decisions? We're looking for a Consumer Lending Pricing and Portfolio Forecasting Analyst to join our Consumer Lending Strategy & Analytics team. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to product leaders across our consumer lending portfolio-including credit cards, HELOCs, installment loans, and retail lines of credit. **What You'll Do:**
+ **Forecasting & Planning:** Develop and maintain forecasts for key consumer lending products. Support the annual business planning process and provide scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions.
+ **Strategic Analysis & Insights:** Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
+ **Pricing Strategy:** Evaluate pricing scenarios and forecast the financial impact of proposed changes to product terms. Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
+ **Business Partnership:** Act as a strategic partner to product line leaders, offering insights and guidance based on data trends and financial analysis.
+ **Data Extraction & Reporting:** Interact with various database software to extract, prepare and deploy information to end users in support of the reporting and analysis needs of the Product Management Team.
+ **Model Interpretation:** Work with existing financial models to inform business decisions. While you won't build models from scratch, you'll need to understand their key drivers and support ongoing model monitoring plans.
**Education and Experience Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ 4 or more years of related experience
**Education and Experience Preferred:**
+ 4 or more years in business analysis, finance, or a related field (banking or financial services experience highly preferred)
+ Strong forecasting and financial analysis capabilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products and beginner level in data analysis skills such as SQL and business intelligence / data visualization tools
+ Experience working with consumer lending products (credit cards, HELOCs, installment loans, etc.) is a strong advantage
+ Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
+ Familiarity with working alongside or within product teams is a plus
+ Ability to created exec ready presentations and communicate findings and recommendations
**Working Model & Office Location:**
+ This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office per week

Capital Planning and Management is a division that (i) owns the enterprise-wide capital planning and management processes for Citigroup and its legal entities, and (ii) ensures integrity and efficiency of Citigroup and CBNA capital profiles, on both an actual and forecasted basis, across the capital continuum ranging from BAU through simulated stress environments consistent with CCAR and QMMF (Quarterly Multi-Year Multi-Scenario Forecasting) assumptions.
Capital Planning and Management organizes and manages the enterprise's capital planning and management processes which inform the Strategic Plan. The role contributes to ensuring the safety & soundness of Citigroup and it's MLEs and therefore also plays a key role in the enterprise's Recovery & Resolution Planning.
The Capital Recovery and Resolution team operates within the Capital Planning group and supports a full spectrum of Citi and CBNA Capital activities including capital analytics and management, regulatory submissions, planning processes, governance, and process improvements. One of the core mandates of the Capital Planning and Analytics team is to drive capital initiatives related to Resolution and Recovery Planning, including oversight and analysis of the Resolution capital metrics, which inform Citi's capital planning in BAU and in stress.
Job Responsibilities:
+ This role will partner with key members of the Capital Planning / Recovery and Resolution Planning organization and across Treasury to lead various initiatives related to Citi's RRP process, including but not limited to:
+ Maintaining Citi's Resolution capital requirements and methodology
+ Reporting and analysis of Resolution capital metrics and results (RCAP and RCEN)
+ Informing management decisions on resolution capital needs across Citi's operating material legal entities, including designing and implementing strategies to optimize Resolution capital positioning
+ Partnering with MLE management, Regional Treasurers and local finance teams globally to analyze local resolution capital requirements including analysis of local capital needs, governance in support of Citi's resolution plan and engagement with local regulators and other key stakeholders
+ Key projects include:
+ Drive and analyze capital-related elements of firm-wide RRP regulatory submissions, including Resolution and Recovery plans for Citigroup and CBNA
+ Analyze Resolution capital metrics to inform management decisions regarding the pre-positioning of capital
+ Develop and manage processes for periodically refreshing Resolution capital metric inputs
+ Lead initiatives to enhance methodology, process and governance over regulatory capital metrics, including system enhancements and updates
+ Enhance Resolution forecasting processes based on business outlook and planned actions
+ Create in-depth analytical reports to improve the capability to analyze daily RCAP results
+ Maintain process and governance documents
+ Additionally, this role will periodically partner with other members of the Capital Forecasting and Analytics team to support capital forecasting and optimization initiatives, including with regards to the integration of CCAR losses into RRP capital related forecasts
+ The analyst will also interact with various partners, including Risk, technology, governance, etc. to drive various initiatives and processes
Qualifications:
+ Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to deliver insight and conclusions in a concise and logical manner suitable for senior management
+ Experience developing and managing well controlled processes
+ Proactive and able to work independently or as a team player
+ Must be able to build strong relationships at all organizational levels and partner with many groups across functions and geographies
+ Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
+ Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
+ Strong project management and organizational skills are highly recommended
+ Knowledge of Citi data architecture a plus
