Description:
The manger's team is working on reshaping the team and making some changes to make the team more efficient.
The manager needs someone who is exceptionally well and has in-depth knowledge and experience with Data Analytics, Analyzing Workforce Data, forecasting along with partnering with business leaders, HRBAs, talent management, recruiting, and finance to align metrics with business goals.
The role is a mix of Human Resource and Data/Business analytics, someone who has been working as a Data Scientist into HR group and great with communication would be an ideal match.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel for data querying and management is required.
Strong understanding of workforce analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP)
Technical Data Analysis/data management/data structure, communication in technical side and problem solving would be top 3 skills
Years of experience: 7-10 in total , 3-5 years of experience as a manager would be great.
6 months contract with extension, at least 2 days onsite.
Interview Process: 2 Round through MS Teams
1st round – Screening with HM
2nd Round - Presentation on a case study given by the manager
3rd round – Panel Interview

Support the development of the Workforce Strategy through the creation and maintenance of multi-year workforce plans aligned with business objectives through partnership with business leaders.
Partner with business leaders, HRBAs, talent management, recruiting, and finance to align metrics with business goals.
Conduct scenario planning and labor market analysis to forecast talent capability needs, demand, and supply.
Use HR analytics tools to identify trends in hiring, turnover, skills gaps, and workforce demographics.
Build dashboards and reports to support workforce decisions and strategy alignment.
Track KPIs related to workforce effectiveness and organizational health.
Identify opportunities for reskilling, upskilling, and succession planning.
Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities to ensure high-quality datasets.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Participate in model validation and performance evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:

**What You Will Do:**
**Pratt & Whitney's Line Maintenance Services in Dallas, Texas** is looking for an experienced **Materials Specialist (M3).** The Materials Specialist is responsible for ensuring the availability of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) parts and supplies to support turbine engine maintenance and business operations. This role requires balancing inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and reduce downtime caused by stockouts. The specialist uses data analysis, forecasting techniques, and strong supplier relationships to manage the procurement and replenishment lifecycle. This role also has oversight of the overall Materials and Logistics team which ensures optimal flow of material and tools in to, out of and within the shop.
This position is based at the Dallas TX MRO facility reporting directly to the LMS Operations Team Leader. The person in this role will supervise FAA safety-sensitive employees.
Typical working hours are 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday. Training is available and may be required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Inventory management: Controlling and tracking MRO inventory levels, including spare parts, consumables, and special tooling to ensure stock accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate prospective real estate initiatives involving ownership/leasing, capital investment and occupancy strategies associated with JPMC's corporate and retail (branch) real estate portfolio
- Perform thoughtful due diligence and financial analysis of real estate transactions and ensure compliance to US GAAP and JPMC accounting policies (incl. balance sheet, income statement, cash view)
- Prepare business case financial analyses for: new leases, lease renewals, stay vs. relocate, lease vs. buy, new developments, dispositions, and large multi-year investment strategies
