- Ensure safety and code compliance on every job site (OSHA)
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and inspections
- Read and execute from blueprints and scopes of work
- Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and field documentation
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and insurance reps
- Problem-solve and adapt in real-time to changing site conditions
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a supervisory or foreman role (restoration experience a big plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and blueprint reading
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital reporting tools
- Valid drivers license with a clean record (company vehicle may be provided)
- OSHA 10 or 30 , and IICRC certifications are highly
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
