Since 2008, Mana Resources has been dedicated to empowering youth transitioning out of foster care and juvenile corrections by providing support for their journey to self-reliance. In 2013, we expanded our services to include CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, and Medication Management, which we offer to the broader community. In 2018, we launched Residential Habilitation to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in living independently. In 2021, we introduced Respite services for families with youth experiencing serious emotional disturbances (SED). Most recently, in 2022, we added Peer Support Services to further our commitment to building stronger communities by supporting individuals and families in recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

Operating hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Counselors’ hours will vary depending on client schedules and availability.
What We Are Looking For:
Mana Resources is seeking a licensed counselor (part-time or full-time) to join our team, preferably working in-office. Our counselors serve clients of all ages with varying needs, including those in our Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs, as well as community clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to youth, adults, couples, families, and groups dealing with psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Conduct thorough assessments, including client history, progress, and relevant documentation as required by care guidelines.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Provide ongoing treatment, utilizing evidence-based, outcomes-driven methods tailored to each client’s needs.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure proper scheduling and that client needs are being met.
Work as part of a treatment team for clients receiving services within the agency.
Special Conditions:
This is an Independent Contractor position. Compensation will be based on billable codes.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or higher in Social Sciences.
Licensed in Idaho in accordance with IDAPA rules.
Maintain licensure and stay in good standing for the duration of employment.
Adherence to the ethical standards set forth by the governing board for licensure.
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
Requirements:
ICANS Certification.
Clear criminal background check conducted by Health and Welfare.
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Timely maintenance of treatment plans and documentation per insurance requirements.
Adherence to HIPAA compliance.
Follow the NASW Code of Ethics and relevant conduct standards.
Attendance at staff meetings, developments, and training sessions.
