Join our team in Rock Island as a Packer, where you will play a crucial role in distributing and repackaging parts for various agriculture equipment like combines and tractors. We are seeking individuals for the 1st or 2nd shift who are skilled in operating a high picker.
**Pay range:** $16.00-$0.00/hour
**Responsibilities**
+ Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
+ Engage in picking and packing products, which vary in size from small handheld items to large machine parts weighing up to a thousand pounds.
+ Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
+ Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in packing, production, and packaging.
+ Familiarity with warehouse inventory and labelling.
+ Proficiency in using RF scanners, loading, and material handling.
+ Order picking, palletizing, assembly, and shipping skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
+ Willingness to work mandatory overtime.
+ Candidates will primarily be on their feet and will not operate a forklift.
