**Description**
PCSI is looking for an HVAC Mechanic to join the team at Fort Sill! The HVAC Mechanics install, service, and repair environmental-control systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting and structural layout. The HVAC Mechanics report to the Fort Sill HVAC Supervisor.
This position is based at Fort Sill near Lawton, OK and does not require any travel outside of the installation. This position has set hours of Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 year-round with minimal overtime.

**What You'll Do as an HVAC Mechanic:**
+ Perform maintenance and repair to hydronic and refrigeration systems to include air handling units, DX coil/condensing units, fan coil units, and variable air volume (VAV) units.
+ Maintain, repair, or replace domestic and heating hot water boilers 1,000,000 BTU and below.
+ Maintain, repair, or replace commercial/residential HVAC systems under 25 tons.
+ Follow mechanical code for installing and replacing HVAC systems.
+ Mounts compressor and condenser units on platform or floor using hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
+ Fabricates, assembles, and installs ductwork and chassis parts, using portable metalworking tools and welding equipment.
+ Installs evaporator unit in chassis or in air-duct system, using hand tools.
+ Cuts and bends tubing to correct length and shape, using cutting/bending equipment/tools.
+ Cuts and threads pipe, using machine-threading or hand-threading equipment.
+ Joins tubing or pipes to various refrigerating units by means of sleeves, couplings or unions, and solder joints, using torch, forming complete circuit for refrigerant.
+ Connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to power source.
+ Injects small amount of refrigerant into compressor to test systems and adds freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure.
+ Observes pressure and vacuum gauges and adjusts controls to insure proper operation.
+ Tests joints and connections for gas leaks, using gauges or soap and water solution.
+ Replaces defective breaker controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring to repair installed units, using electrician's hand tools and test equipment.
**What You'll Need to Be Successful:**
+ At least five years' of HVAC experience or a combination of experience and formal vocational training.
+ EPA Universal Certification.
+ Mechanical Journeyman License preferred. Ability to obtain within three years recommended.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Ability to cut, modify, thread, repair, and install steel or copper piping for natural gas or water piping using threading machines, mapp gas, or pro press.
+ Requires ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for installation, maintenance and repair.
+ Ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
+ Ability to work as a team member.
+ Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision.

+ Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.

Operationally manage disposition and turn-in priorities for Class II, VII, IX, property book-controlled items to DLA-DS.

An in-depth understanding of the needs of the organization serviced.
Analytical ability to define or recognize and solve the problems involved, collect the necessary data, establish the facts, and take a recommended action based upon application or interpretation of established regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead/Coordinate all supply operations within the Installation SSA warehouse to include receipt, storage, issue, record management, property accountability, requisitioning and associated inventory control of all material and supplies necessary to support the SSA under contractual requirements.
Performs customer support functions, those processes used to support the total requirement of customers to gain logistics support in both combat and peacetime situations.
Work and/or able to learn how to operate Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
Working knowledge of Micro-soft Office, Logistics Information Systems, Windows, and other similar operating systems.
Directs the required actions of the 2 Truck operators with CLASS A CDL and warehouse personnel in applying stock control policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School graduate, with training in logistics/supply operations or equivalent military/civilian course work preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills a must, academic course work in computer information systems associated with government-automated supply systems, a working knowledge or able to learn GCSS-A.
A minimum three-year general experience with, vehicle dispatching, route planning for optimizing drivers, technical or other responsible work that demonstrates judgment and analytical ability which has provided a general base knowledge of logistics.
Two years' experience as a group/team leader preferred.
Must possess and continuously maintain a current State Driver's License prior to starting or by 30 days after employment.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
Operate various forms of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including possible forklift operations (diesel, propane, electric), pallet jacks, etc.
Physica Demands & Working Environment:

Work is generally conducted in a warehouse environment.

If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Army, Serco has a great opportunity for you! This Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) will be on a dynamic team, supporting Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative, the Army's investment in Soldier Readiness.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) is a pivotal member of the H2F Performance Teams, dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing strength and conditioning programs that enhance physical performance and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries within Brigade (BDE), Battalion (BN), and Company levels.
In this role, you will:
+ Design and administer strength and conditioning training programs compliant with NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC practices.
+ Ensure program quality assurance by adhering to guidelines set by the Brigade Performance Director (BDE PD) and maintaining industry standards.
+ Regularly participate in meetings with the BDE PD and H2F Performance Team to discuss physical training programs and provide feedback on Soldier/unit progression.
+ Document and monitor Soldier/unit progression, suggesting improvements to the H2F System.
+ Manage equipment operations and report any deficiencies to the BDE PD.
+ Support the Lead SCC in developing and managing strength and conditioning programs.
+ Establish and maintain communication with BDE, BN, and Company leadership.
+ Implement and manage physical performance optimization programs in line with unit training schedules and cultural norms.
+ Create and endorse strength and conditioning programs tailored to unit missions and individual Soldier tasks following the H2F System.
+ Submit proposed programs for approval and oversee their implementation.
+ Develop training programs for Soldiers with physical limitations, in collaboration with medical authorities.
+ Ensure that all educational and conditioning services are in harmony with the H2F Performance Team's offerings.
+ Offer mentorship and training to unit fitness leaders and the H2F Integrator.
+ Guide Soldiers and leadership on injury mitigation and physical conditioning.
+ Promptly refer Soldiers with potential medical issues to the appropriate healthcare services.
+ Collect, document, and report performance data in accordance with BDE PD instructions.
+ Recommend enhancements to the Lead SCC for the H2F System.
+ Observe and support specific training events and coordinate the scheduling of facilities for approved activities.
+ Develop strength and conditioning programs in accordance with FM 7-22 Holistic Health and Fitness standards.

+ **U.S. Citizenship**
+ **The ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain access to U.S. Government facilities and systems**
+ A bachelor's degree in any field
+ A minimum of three years of relevant SCC work experience within the last 5 years
+ or a minimum of two years of relevant SCC work and one year of internship/graduate work experience
+ or additional pre-approval by the COR-RA, three years of experience requirement may be waived for H2F SCC interns
+ or graduate assistants who are working with professional/semi-professional, ROTC, collegiate
+ or equivalent sports teams for a minimum of 3 months
+ or three years of experience requirement may also be waived for honorably discharged prior service members or military spouses
+ An active/current certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) OR from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).
+ An active/current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification OR active/current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification with Automated External Defibrillators AED certification; must be certified by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
+ Capability to handle loads up to 45 pounds and to meet the physical demands of outdoor training in various environments.
+ The ability to travel 10% as needed to support geographically dispersed units.
Additional desired experience and skills:
+ Active NACI.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
