The Strategic Planning Manager acts as an internal consultant and facilitator for overall Strategic Planning activities and processes relevant to the BayCare Health System.   • Leading senior management in the design and implementation of project plans to frame our health system strategic initiatives, and meet deliverables and target deadlines, managing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects ranging from single projects to complex engagements with multiple workstreams for the development of plans in support of service lines, hospitals, and other areas of the care continuum.
  • Analyzing current and future market and population data, synthesizing business intelligence, industry and market trends/data into information and knowledge to drive strategic decision making.
  • Supporting analyses of business development opportunities, conducting future geographic footprint studies including prioritization for key components of the care continuum (e.g. physician, ambulatory, inpatient).
  • Supporting the strategic study component of evaluating potential joint ventures and acquisitions, developing historical, current and projected market and facility demand for healthcare services, completing physician community and strategic manpower analyses.
  • Monitoring and reporting State regulatory activities, and supporting community health needs assessment activities.
  • In the management of the activities above, the Strategic Planning Manager, in coordination with their direct supervisor and other strategic planning managers, may train, supervise, mentor and manage the performance of the other team members in the department.

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team on an upcoming Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-3/5/7 Operations and Strategic Support contract based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD and MacDill AFB, FL, with flexible telework options. This opportunity involves supporting DISA's J-3/5/7 Directorate, which directs and synchronizes the DISA Network (DISN) to enable Joint Cyberspace Operations. The contractor will contribute to operational planning, strategic initiatives, program assessment, and task order management across four major task areas. Responsibilities include developing cyber operation plans, supporting DISA planning groups, advising senior leaders, delivering key policy documents and assessments, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting governance processes.

This position offers remote work flexibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

    Develops strategic plans and performance measures.
  • Conducts long-term analysis and supports enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Prepares roadmaps, capability plans, and planning briefs.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
· Experience in healthcare administration or related field is strongly preferred.
· Experience using data visualization tools, Power BI preferred.
· Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize large sets of data to influence strategic decisions.
· Experience preparing materials for presentations to senior leaders preferred.
· MS Office Suite Proficient Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
