THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a full-time **_FPGA Design Engineer_** reporting to the _Director of FPGA Engineering_ on the _FPGA Engineering_ team. The successful individual in this role will participate in all aspects of the research and development process from concept to field deployment. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
