Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join the legal team, providing support on regulatory, corporate, and compliance matters in a dynamic international financial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on financial regulation applicable locally and internationally (DFSA, VARA, FCA, FSA, etc.).

About the Role

A respected NYC immigration law firm is seeking a licensed and experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of immigration matters with a focus on employment-based immigration and removal defense, including representing clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews, and managing complex filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews, especially for removal defense and asylum cases.

• Prepare and file a wide range of immigration petitions including:

1. Employment-based: H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, O-1B, etc.

2. Family-based: I-130, I-485, waivers, VAWA

3. Humanitarian relief: Asylum, SIJ, TPS, U Visa
