  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in immigration law, with proven expertise in:
  • Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture
  • Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)

  • Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
  • Consular Processing
  • Naturalization
  • DACA
  • EADs
  • Advanced Parole requests
  • I-751s
  • Work Visas
  • (Business Immigration experience is a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing legal teams.
  • Superior writing ability and persuasive legal argumentation.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented you spot errors others overlook.
  • Comfortable and effective in high-stakes environments such as courtrooms and interviews.
  • Proven record of winning cases.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistently focused.
