The Web Development Manager is will manage the development of custom web and emerging platform applications as well as all corporate and hospital public-facing websites. This position is responsible for managing a team of developers, designing and developing these web applications and emerging platform applications. Other key focus areas include: determining and practicing best practices for web development, working with end users to determine requirements and satisfaction, providing technical assistance and expertise towards development, and providing insight into the latest technologies and techniques that can be leveraged. This position will further be responsible for providing leadership to a team of developers, assisting in their career development, setting meaningful goals and direction for the development team, and delegating work effectively within the development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across development, user, and stakeholder groups
