Job Summary:
The SHINE Franklin County Young Adult Housing Coordinator (Housing Coordinator) is responsible for the administration of the Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing Programs in Franklin County and the supervision of the Housing Specialist and Residential Counselors in the program. The Housing Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the program files and other paper work. In conjunction with the Supportive Housing Services Manager, the Housing Coordinator is responsible for monitoring data entry and reporting requirements for the TH/RRH and RRH components of the SHINE Program in Franklin County.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and supportive team providing trauma-informed, client-centered care to Young Adults and Young Families experiencing homelessness.
- Engage potentially high risk clients in individualized case management, safety planning and planning for housing, employment, and/or education.
- Establish positive professional working relationships with families and individuals assessed and served in the TH/RRH Programs ,with residents in TH housing.
- provide in-home individualized case management, advocacy, safety planning and planning for housing, employment, and/or education to participants, including, but not limited to, the following activities: Assist participants in finding permanent housing, work closely with landlords, meet with participants at least once a week,
- monitor progress of participants in accordance with tools provided and adjust as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with landlords renting to young adults in RRH.
- Provide aftercare outreach and assistance.
- Provide linkages to community resources which increase opportunities for stable housing and economic independence
- Develop relationships with potential funding sources, establish and maintain community linkages and collateral contacts, including area shelters and local housing organizations
- Attend applicable meetings with network providers, the Network to End Homelessness, and others as necessary
- Participate in collaborating on projects with other agencies/CoC as applicable to the position and knowledge base.
- Monitoring program files and other paper work.
- Complete all required reports and tracking tools for participants, funding sources and the Agency. In conjunction with the Supportive Housing Services Manager, monitor data entry and reporting requirements for the TH/RRH program in Franklin County.
- Be available to work evenings/weekends, when necessary.
- Respond to after-hours work related phone calls
- Associates degree and/or 3 years of experience in homeless services required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Lived experience of housing insecurity strongly preferred.

- Ability to work effectively with other community agencies (i.e. School Dept., DCF. Juvenile Court, etc.) Required.

Education/Certification/Licensure*:
- LSW or LCDCII, LCDC III, LPC, MFT license and related educational requirement:
- Master’s Degree from relevant accredited program; or

- Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner to support clients in a framework and manner that acknowledges their unique and intersecting personal and cultural identities.
- Identify appropriate interventions for clients in crisis, working effectively to access appropriate resources, and engaging community partners to develop an effective plan for supporting clients.
- Provide Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment (CPST), SUD Targeted Case Management and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and/or minor case management functions if needed.
- Serve as a liaison to coordinate, makes referrals, or arrange for appropriate community resources when needed, acts as an advocate for the client as needed.

**General Summary**
Monitors and provides security services for all WellSpan Health System buildings and premises in the assigned region. Provides protective services for employees, patients, and visitors. **Duties and Responsibilities**
**Essential Functions:**
+ Conducts daily routine patrols by visiting and contacting WellSpan Health personnel at all locations within the region.
+ Protects WellSpan Health system buildings, assets, and premises with proactive patrols.
+ Monitors security activities in the assigned region to ensure safe and secure conditions for employees, patients, and visitors.
+ Monitors the conduct of visitors on premises; confronts unauthorized persons for questioning as needed; secures weapons and contraband.
+ Responds to alarms, panic alarms, calls for service, emergency situations such as accidents, injuries, crimes in progress and safety hazards within the assigned region.
+ Responds to calls for service for anticipated or on-going disruptive or potentially dangerous people or situations.

**Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers** **in Franklin County, NY!**
As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the student's day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.
No experience as a bus driver is required! We're proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.
**Your day will include:**
+ A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
+ A guaranteed shift of (5) hours per school day, no working nights or weekends unless you want to
+ Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available
**School Bus Driver benefits:**
+ $20.60-$23.69/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience.

The Franklin County Auditor's office issues marriage licenses and certified copies of Marriage Certificates. Licenses have a three-day lapse before they are valid and must be used within 60 days. The marriage license allows individuals to get married, while a marriage certificate indicates that a legal marriage has been performed.
Marriage licenses cost $59, payable by cash or money order/cashiers check. Credit/debit cards are accepted, but there is a $2 convenience fee.
Marriage applications must be completed online. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, please contact the office to make an appointment to use the marriage kiosk. Once the online application is completed, a window will pop up with a red box providing an application request numberplease retain this number. Follow the directions to purchase the license through the mail or by calling the office to make an appointment to purchase your license in person. Both applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Applicants who are 17 years of age must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian who can provide consent. Applicants under the age of 17 must contact the Benton-Franklin Counties Juvenile Justice Center to apply for a waiver.

Essential Functions:
- Provide sobriety support services and inspire hope of recovery from addiction or co-occurring disorders
- Upon assignment, meet with client each week, and based upon need of client; step down as appropriate with supervisor input
- Educate the client on the addiction model and paths to recovery
- Help expand client’s sober support network
- Connect the client to needed community resources in support of their recovery
- Address barriers to recovery
- Provide support to maintain recovery and reduce relapse
- Attend meetings, child visitation, and court hearings with client as requested by the payor
- Develop a Recovery Support Plan with each recoveree
- Timely and accurate documentation for all clients
- Adhere to Ohio Certified Peer Supporter Code of Ethics, and maintain an active status as a member of the Recovery Community at all times

- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
