C2’s client, a dynamic Pre-K through 8th Grade learning community focused on culture and creativity—seeks an onsite Graphic Artist to cover a maternity leave. This opportunity puts you at the creative hub of school communications—designing for newsletters, social media, campus events, and more. You’ll collaborate with passionate educators, engage in a highly relational environment, and flex your design and digital communication skills for a community that values meaningful storytelling and visual impact.
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Duration: Contract, 30–40 hours/week, December 1, 2024 through February 20, 2025 (13 weeks)
Location: Onsite in Franklin, Wisconsin
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, W2 through C2

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and update newsletters, social media graphics, and other internal/external communications in alignment with school branding and cultural mission
- Manage day-to-day creative content using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Coordinate and publish engaging email content using Constant Contact
- Draft, edit, and post content for school social media accounts (via Social Pilot), writing clear and compelling copy
- Photograph school activities, events, and student life as needed; edit images for both digital and print
- Support teachers and administrators by developing visuals for campus events, projects, and announcements
- Quickly learn new tools, processes, and adapt to shifting school priorities
- Foster positive, professional relationships within a school environment (working with students ranging from young children to middle school)

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years’ experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with newsletter/email marketing tools (Constant Contact preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Experience managing organizational or brand social media, ideally using Social Pilot or similar tools
- Strong writing skills for digital/social channels
- Ability to catch on quickly, troubleshoot independently, and thrive in a school setting
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for collaboration with teachers and administrators

- Create lighting for all game world environments when taking into account the requirements of gameplay, game narrative and game feel;

- Adjust in-game lighting according to the art directions and the requests of artists;
- Make use of lighting system tools to streamline processes;

12. Demonstrated experience in communicating technical topics to non technical partners
13. Understanding of AI and ML concepts at a core level. (data collection, model training, deployment, runtime performance)

15. Experience with performance profiling and optimizing assets within tight performance budgets
16. Proven experience validating rendering outputs to ensure shading consistency on various platforms
17. Experience with real-time lighting concepts, color science, color space, exposure, tone mapping, and post-processing effects
18. Experience partnering with a cross-functional teams of artists, designers and engineers to design end-to-end workflows and authoring tools
19. Experience in low level programming languages such as C or C++, in addition to scripting languages such as Python
20. Experience designing and implementing real-time graphics technologies, and their corresponding authoring tools
**Public Compensation:**
$153,000/year to $212,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
