Illuminate seeks a highly qualified Software/Web Developer to join a mission-focused team that maintains applications, services, microservices, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and support services. The effort requires the maintenance and enhancement of an application and underlying services/microservices applications current capability while identifying future capability needs and eliminating overlaps. The team will continuously improve sustainment and development in order to reinvest resources to provide new capabilities and improve the effectiveness, quality, and robustness of the underlying technology. Our applications are focused on intelligence analysis and collection management directly supporting intelligence analysts and operators across the intelligence community and Combatant Commands. The Software/Web Developer applies concepts, develops, tests, maintains, and supports high-performance, innovative software and web-based applications. Troubleshoots software and web problems and provides solutions to overcome those problems using the latest technologies. Works with management and information technologists to determine specifications. Uses a variety of internet technologies, techniques and tools such as graphics software applications and object-oriented languages (e.g. Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, XML) to create software and web application elements such as user interface features, algorithms, animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applications.

Job Description: Senior Specialist, Web Content & Analytics

This position is the Senior Specialist within the Commercialization IT organization, accountable for the planning, delivery, operations, and performance analytics of web content management platform capabilities, along with any associated integrations with internal or external systems. This role supports marketing goals and objectives to enhance customer experience and data-driven decision-making.

The individual will primarily partner with the Worldwide Commercialization & IT cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact web content management capabilities and integrate web analytics tools to monitor user engagement, drive optimization, and provide insight into site performance. Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the IT matrix team on strategic planning & delivery of the Technical Product (CMS/publishing platforms), and integrate web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to support customer engagement insights.

This position will ensure relevant content on the appropriate platforms - public facing and internal facing by developing a conceptual model before rebuild.
