On a part-time, project basis, you will partner with stakeholders to execute live events within the client's campus. After orientation and introductions, you would interface on all production aspects, from development to day-of-show event execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for audiences while aligning closely with the client's vision. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their event goals, target audience, messaging, and desired aesthetic
+ Follow client branding, story themes, and message to align with program requirements
+ Develop quotes aligned with client needs, required resources, and program standards
+ Demonstrate understanding of program requirements and event center capabilities and limitations, synthesizing into creative solutions
+ Assess options and risks for proposed event requests - effectively communicate corresponding outcomes to clients so educated decisions can be made
+ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and program managers, as well as production operations, facilities, and engineering teams
+ Create detailed ROS, event timelines, production schedules, and deliverables

+ Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills; Well-organized and capable of handling multiple assignments
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of active listening, mediation, conflict resolution, and on-the-spot solutioning at an executive level

We're seeking a transactional lawyer to serve as maternity cover for a VP-level attorney for CBS Studios. This is currently a hybrid position working partly in Paramounts Hollywood/Los Angeles office. For January 2026, the role is expected to be on-site full time.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ In this role you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements on behalf of CBS Studios in all areas of domestic and international television development and production, including services agreements for producers, writers, directors and actors, rights acquisition agreements, co-production and other (co-)financing agreements, production services agreements, co-venture agreements, license agreements, overall agreements and other production-related agreements.
+ In this role you will also act as the show attorney for certain television pilots and series, and in that capacity will handle day-to-day production legal matters and counsel productions and studio executives in connection with all aspects of television development, production and post-production, including the following:
+ collaborating and advising on contractual issues, clearance issues involving copyright, trademark, defamation and rights of privacy, and publicity and promotional activities; and
+ reviewing and analyzing contracts and providing risk assessments, including with respect to chain-of-title and derivative rights issues, and intellectual property matters.
+ In this role you will also be responsible for providing as-needed transaction support for acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments on behalf of CBS Studios, and will be asked to help build out, improve on and simplify existing legal processes and mechanisms and departmental knowledge management.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Juris Doctor, admission to California state bar (registered in-house counsel in California will also be considered), and strong academic credentials.

**Summary**
The **Party Chief** is responsible for all layout activities and ensures safe, accurate work. Has a good understanding of SQP goals and collaborates with Project Leadership to identify improvement ideas. Contributes to effective project management through daily observations and communication. Interfaces daily with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues. Contributes to safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.

**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description
Responsible for the planning and execution of Discretionary and Capital projects within Technical Entertainment, while collaborating with all levels of management in the department for input. Works closely with the Operational and Technical Entertainment field management team, Universal Creative, Facilities, Engineering, Planned Work and vendors to define, develop, and execute the scope of their assignments as it relates to each of their respective specialties. Responsible for following the established project management process to deploy projects to meet business objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Attends project meetings as Technical Entertainment Stakeholder. Reviewing, contributing to and managing the technical entertainment budget.
+ Creating Technical SOP's for Entertainment offerings under new projects - Venues, Atmosphere, Events, etc. Staffing levels for Technical Entertainment per venue. Partnering with Project CORE team on all equipment needed and training documents/programs. Creating safety training and equipment training programs.
+ Commissioning plans for tech on shows and atmosphere needs. Tech grids partnering with project Entertainment leadership. Review Ergonomics if necessary, for tech positions in shows.
+ Review Blue Beams and consult FFE needs. Create consumable plans per venue for technical entertainment.
+ Partner with current Entertainment senior leadership on high risk (pyro, fireworks, flame, rigging) as well as mockup space in warehouse. Ensuring consistency with current UO programs on maintenance and other requirements.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
+ High school degree or GED required.
+ Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
+ 5+ years' experience within the professional entertainment or theme park industry required.
+ 5+ years in management or supervisory position preferred
+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
