Mineral Processing Laboratory Technician:The primary responsibilities of a mineral processing laboratory technician are to carry out the tasks assigned to him/her by the Metallurgical Engineer, Sr Metallurgical Technician, or the designated supervisor, safely and efficiently. These tasks are varied, and you will be trained for each specific task you will be asked to perform.The following list includes most of the tasks that are to be performed by the Metallurgical Laboratory Technician.
