We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with experience in freight forwarding and third-party logistics (3PL) to help drive revenue growth and expand market share. - Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention .
- Strong understanding of international shipping , including Incoterms, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Book of business in freight forwarding or logistics – highly desirable.
- Experience across key industries: retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, etc.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
