Duration: 6 - 8 month contract with the potential to convert
Location: 100% Remote - Can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Schedule: Must be able to work 8AM-4PM PST hours.
Responsibilities:
+ Write efficient, reliable, maintainable, and defect-free code. Design and implement software to meet and exceed business objectives.
+ Participate and contribute to software development practices such as design spec and code review.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
+ Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines to deploy software packages in a DevOps environment.
+ Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with user analytics, logging, and monitoring.
+ Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field or equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years' experience developing complex, intelligent, and secure web applications with modern web technologies, in client side and/or server side.
+ Experienced in Angular and .NET Core frameworks.
+ Proficient in Azure serverless functions preferred, Azure is acceptable.
+ Experienced in OpenSearch integrations.
+ Knowledgeable in Infrastructure as Code, CDK/Cloud Formation.

TheWeb Developerwill plan, design, develop, test, implement, and manage the Internet, Intranet, Wiki, and Social Media activities, including application development and technical management of web sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with business lines to design, maintain, create new information and innovate; create and update information on the Internet and Intranet websites.
+ Work on the daily operations of social media platforms to include providing engaging content, moderating posts, and devising and implementing social promotions.
+ Manage broadcast notifications and other Internet-based marketing communications.
+ Plan, design, develop, test and implement Internet, Intranet, Interior Wiki and Social Media activities, including application development and technical management of web site using web content management systems, Oracle Universal Content Manager and Drupal.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in web design and development.
+ 2+ years of experience and proficiency in HTML/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and jQuery.
+ Experience using common graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Gimp.
+ Background check.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Working knowledge of NodeJs, Git, Chrome V8 and SEO marketing techniques.
+ Must be familiar with implementing, migrating and integrating content management systems; specifically Drupal.
+ Knowledge of Internet security principles and protocols, usability concepts, i.e. navigational aids, site architecture, knowledge management, and information delivery systems that enable all potential users to access information contained on the Web pages.
+ Knowledge of standards of user experience design and experience working with application developers to integrate web applications a plus.
+ Knowledge of current Web-based application and accessibility technologies, U.S. copyright laws, accessibility factors including those specified in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended in 1998) to advise on the appropriate use of copyrighted material and ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
+ Ability to obtain an IA driver's license which will allow operation of a government vehicle
+ Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
