**Principal Accountabilities**

Overview
A busy manufacturing environment is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to help manage a growing volume of support requests. You'll join a small, collaborative team supporting a large user base and a diverse set of devices. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational IT knowledge who's eager to grow and be mentored by experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
+ Provide hands-on support for end users across various technical issues
+ Resolve help desk tickets efficiently and professionally
+ Assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, and user onboarding
+ Learn and grow under the guidance of the other technicians
+ Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
What We're Looking For
+ Basic understanding of operating systems and common office software
+ Familiarity with device setup and troubleshooting (e.g., printers, desktops, laptops)
+ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
+ Previous work experience in a technical or support role preferred
+ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience Level
Entry-level - ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their IT career.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
