**What You'll Get to Do:**
This position will join the Sentinel Program's Command and Control (C2) Hardware Engineering team. This position will support a team of Hardware, Electrical, and Mechanical responsible engineers in the design of a diverse set of custom and commercial-off-the-shelf systems and components. Responsibilities will include a mix of the following dependent on priorities and skillset:
+ Incorporates edits and redlines to existing designs
+ Facilitates ingest of supplier drawings into the Sentinel program to set and workflow.
+ Develops basic data and makes preliminary layouts, sketches, and notes necessary to present design proposal.

  • Manage small-scale projects including scheduling, budgeting, and customer communication.
  • Travel to client sites for installation and commissioning as needed.
  • Maintain and update project drawings and drafting libraries.
  • Prepare engineering documents for customer submittals and internal use.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hourly Range: $45-$60hr
