Job purpose

To manage, implement and control new and existing system integrations for SeAH SST. To draw up and maintain clear documentation, detailing all integrations to aid setup and support. Client liaison through the implementation process to assist with change requests and thorough testing. To provide support to all users on integration related queries

and issues.

• Solid experience and expertise across data integration and data management
• Technical delivery of analytics solutions with high data volumes in a manufacturing environment
• Experience delivering complex integrations and managing a variety of stakeholders across a distributed organization.
• Integration of end-to-end solutions into complex IT landscapes
• Experience working with Business Intelligence systems, providing global platform management and analytical insights through specifications and tailored reports

Must have Technical qualification / Experience

Trillium Professional is now seeking a System Integration Engineer in Santa Clara!

Pay rate is $60 - $65/hour. This position supports the development and deployment of next-generation prototype vehicles. Key responsibilities include the installation and integration of various ECU versions, sensors, and software components. The role requires strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring platform stability and reliable operation across the development fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware and firmware integration for the next generation prototypes and fleet vehicles on development PCs and ECUs
• Perform and participate sensor calibration as well as the validation of the calibration result
• System debugging during integration and deployment of interfaces and connections (Ethernet, SW Interfaces, Sensor connections, etc.) and root cause analysis prototypes using automotive debugging tools
• Develop tools on our Development-PC in the car to support development and early integration

• Plan, execute, and complete dry runs to ensure manufacturing test readiness for NPI builds, identifying potential issues before full production.
• Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any test-related issues that arise during the build process, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining timelines.
• Create and implement strategic plans for addressing problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
• Knowledge and experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) for consumer products, enabling efficient issue resolution and build execution
• Experience in consumer product manufacturing tests and hardware/software integration is a plus
• Engineering degree in ME, CE, EE or Physical Sciences prefer
