The Role:

Reports to FC Supervisor with responsibilities in inbound, outbound, returns and/or inventory control. Leads the team in executing job functions correctly, meeting performance and accuracy requirements and removing obstacles. Leads set the pace for the work, actively working with each team member to achieve individual and team success.

What You'll Do:

* Leads employees in the receiving of product per Jazz and customer-specific SOPs and the putting away of product into reserve and drop zones locations.
* Leads replenishment teams in the pulling and stocking of product into Active locations in quantities required by Jazz replenishment tasks
* Runs kitting teams in re-labeling, re-working and in the assembling of product for receipt
* Processes returns per client requirements
* Meets performance and quality requirements
* Works in conjunction with management team to foster a team environment and help with ensuring the overall success of Cart.com.
* Arrives before the shift's start time to prep for the distribution of the workload
* Trains and supervises the employees on the shipping team
* Ensures all break and lunch periods are taken at the prescribed times
* Ensures all employees punch in and out at the prescribed times
* Monitors employees to ensure they are performing their duties as required.
* Ensures all company house rules, safety practices, sanitation practices and company ethics are always followed

Who You Are:

* High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Thorough knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Effectively motivate and manage a team
* Able to lift 35 pounds
* Strong math skills - addition, subtractor, division, and multiplication
* Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes, and product codes

What You've Done:

* 2 years related distribution experience
* Previous warehouse lead experience

Summary Of Functions:

• Sort / Grade incoming garments
• Inventory garments
• Pull product from inventory location to fill work orders
• Tape and chip garments
• Scan barcode labels and RFID chips
• Sort orders of garments into shipping boxes by location
• Operate shipping equipment
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and adhere to the direction of plant management within scope of responsibilities.
• Comply with strict OSHA standards
• Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards.
• Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards.
• Decontaminate work area after shift according to OSHA standards.
• Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are adhered to at all times.
• Shut off all equipment when not in use.
• Comply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

• Background and drug checks will be conducted

Working Conditions / Physical Demands:

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

The Role:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. The Fulfillment Center Associate has overall responsibility to work productively in the Fulfillment Center, as the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities best sees fit for daily operation. Managers or Supervisors will assign specific tasks within their respective departments daily. Each Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for knowing how to perform all of the following functions in both Retail/Wholesale and E-Commerce such as receiving, stocking, put away, picking, packing/manifesting, returns, replenishment and VAS.

A day in the life.

• This position is responsible for following all procedures and meet or exceed the required productivity rates established for all tasks in all departments.
• All Fulfillment Center employees must understand and adhere to the "Fulfillment Center Work Rules". These works rules are posted on the bulletin boards located near the main entrances of the Fulfillment center.
• In addition, each Fulfillment Center Associate will be responsible to learn at least 2 of the following tasks: operate a forklift truck; sales sample processing; returns processing; zone checks; cycle counting; shipping; and, and assist with building maintenance.
• This position is responsible for a sense of urgency and an appreciation of the deadlines set by the industry. Because of the seasonality of the industry, timeliness is essential. Merchandise is either on time or the deadline is missed; there is no concept of lateness. Deadlines must be met.
• This position is responsible for treating the merchandise with appreciation and respect. Lilly Pulitzerâ merchandise is special and high quality. It should be handled with care and respect.
• This position is responsible for assisting in any company sales as assigned by the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities. This includes assisting with the setup, operations during and after the sales.

Qualifications for the Position

• A high school diploma is strongly preferred, but not required for this position.
• One year of relevant work experience in a Fulfillment or materials handling environment, preferably in soft goods or apparel is strongly preferred, but not required for this position.
• This position requires responsibility, dependability and commitment. This position requires a sense of urgency and the ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines. In the apparel business there is no concept of lateness. The company is either on time or it has missed the deadline.
• This position requires the understanding and appreciation that the merchandise is high quality, premium apparel which should be handled with care and respect.
• The personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day while pushing a cart and the ability to place a carton of merchandise, weighing as much as 40 pounds, from the floor or cart to a pickable location, are required.

Please note that the following summary provides an overview of the P&G Dayton Fulfillment Center's expectations for technicians:
Operations Schedule: This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scope of Work: This role requires to work in a warehousing environment, occasionally lifting boxes that weigh 50lbs . This role requires at least two years of experience in leadership or training. Leadership experience does not need to be in warehouse or manufacturing. This role is physically demanding, and requires you to work on your feet during your shift. You will need to lead a line of 7-10 temporary associates and work in a high stress atmosphere.
Work Schedule: Technicians are usually scheduled to work Monday - Friday. They may be scheduled to work any day of the week, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
Work Hours: Technicians are traditionally expected to work 8.5 hours per day.
We have two shift options; shifts are assigned depending on business need. We cannot guarantee your preference of shift is what you will be assigned.
Shifts currently available:
Second shift 2:00pm-11:00pm
Third shift 10:00pm-7:00am
Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the site to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. The hours of work can vary from 8 to 12 hours daily. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift.
Flexibility: Technicians may work rotating shifts. Technicians need to be on time and ready to work each day.
Overtime: Overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.

* High school diploma/GED and at least two years of experience working in a pharmacy, retail OR fulfillment task-oriented environment.
* Willing to obtain a Board of Pharmacy technician license within the state mandated timeline OR currently holds a Board of Pharmacy technician license.
* Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing improvements to resolve problems.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
