Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead their remote e-commerce fulfillment operations. This is a critical, fully remote position responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehousing, inventory management, order processing, and last-mile logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers nationwide. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all day-to-day operations of the e-commerce fulfillment network.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a significant focus on e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Proven experience managing remote operations and teams.
  • Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities:
