Position Summary
As a member of the Supply Chain team, Supply Chain/Customer Fulfillment Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through precise and proactive order management. This position serves as a vital connection between sales teams and supply chain execution—ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to navigate constant change, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The typical hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 annually and is based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, location, etc. In addition to pay, Dessert Holdings offers benefits such as a choice of comprehensive medical plans, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and retirement contribution to all eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Enter, verify, and follow up on customer orders in accordance with company document control procedures
- Serve as the operational liaison within the Supply Chain team—interfacing with Sales, Production Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including replenishment and buying teams
- Coordinate and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fiscal close activities, including reconciliation and reporting in collaboration with Finance
- Investigate order discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or delays and communicate resolutions clearly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment challenges and continuously improve service levels
- Deliver timely updates and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including fill rate and on-time delivery, to ensure consistent performance against customer expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving environment
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured processes

Job Description
The Business Analyst, Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will elicit and document detailed requirements and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
This exciting role will primarily focus on Operational Excellence within Sensata. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements, functional design specifications, developing and executing test cases, and solving problems. Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment with customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe. The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
