• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant focus on e-commerce fulfillment and retail logistics.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations and distribution networks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
• Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in driving operational efficiency and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
