Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

  • Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
  • Confirming products' unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.
  • Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery
  • Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
  • Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.

**Overview**
The General Manager (GM) for Order Fulfillment Centers oversees all aspects of center operations, including strategic planning, financial performance, process optimization, and employee development. This role integrates operational excellence with corporate objectives, aligning resources to meet customer demands and foster innovation through digital transformation. The GM reports to the Regional Operations Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve logistics and organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership:**
+ Develop and execute strategic plans for the order fulfillment center that are aligned with corporate logistics goals.
+ Lead initiatives to integrate digital transformation, including adopting warehouse management systems (e.g., Blue Yonder) and automation technologies.
**Operational Excellence:**
+ Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing resources, improving workflows, and driving cost-effective solutions.
+ Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, order accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
+ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and productivity.
**Financial Oversight:**
+ Manage the center's P&L, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and revenue growth.
+ Conduct regular financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
**Workforce Management:**
+ Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and onboarding to align workforce capacity with operational demands.
+ Implement training programs to upskill employees, enhance flexibility, and prepare the workforce for automation and process changes.
+ Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:**
+ Act as the primary liaison between corporate, regional logistics, and the fulfillment center teams.
+ Engage with commercial leaders to align fulfillment operations with business priorities and customer expectations.
**Change Management:**
+ Lead change management initiatives, including communication and training, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
+ Drive cultural shifts to embrace innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
**Risk and Compliance:**
+ Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory standards compliance.
+ Develop business continuity plans to minimize disruption during crises.
**Qualifications**
**Key Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven track record of managing P&L, operational performance, and large teams.
+ Experience implementing warehouse management systems and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
+ Strong knowledge of logistics operations safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Molex LLC is seeking an OEM Fulfillment Associate for our Bolingbrook, IL location. In this role, you will be the primary process owner responsible for ensuring on time and complete order fulfillment to automotive OEMs from Molex's Bolingbrook Supply Chain Hub. This individual will utilize EDI signals, customer portals, SAP, and other tools to collaborate with both customers and Molex supply chain and operations teams in ensuring orders are shipping on time, both physically and systematically, with the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 6:30am - 3:00pm

What You Will Do

  • Work as a key member of the fulfilment processes for orders from automotive OEMs in the Bolingbrook Supply Chain Hub.
  • Capture customer releases and forecast requirements via EDI/customer portal, and review shipping requirements for fluctuations.
  • Ensure orders and requirements are entered into SAP in a timely manner, monitoring EDI errors as needed.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to prioritize order fulfillment and ensure correct orders are being filled at the correct times.
  • Responsible for primary point of contact with each OEM/plant to ensure timely and accurate communication per customer specific requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes identifying continuous improvement opportunities and new methods to control cost.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for other company business units when there are issues regarding customer orders you are process owner for.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or other related fields or 3+ years experience within manufacturing or warehousing & distribution.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system for material planning or order fulfilment purposes.
  • 5+ years in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with warehousing/distribution.
  • Experience with managing inventory.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish).

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
