Job Purpose: The Retail Fulfillment Packer (Co-Packer) position will be the primary labor to completing all Retail Fulfillment/Co-Packing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications.
  • Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine.
  • Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine.
  • Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications.
  • Performing rework and inspection on the product.
  • Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.
  • Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Work on a continuous flow production line.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
  • Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products.
  • Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
Qualifications:
  • Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred.
  • Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus.
Education and/or Experience Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
