Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate is essential to the success of the organization, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, timely shipping, and satisfactory customer service through retrieving parts from the warehouse, processing returns, and issuing credits.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

2. Fulfillment
  • Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing cycle counts and restocking items.
  • Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders while ensuring timely shipment and maintaining inventory accuracy by processing returns and issuing credits.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders and retrieve parts from warehouses or other locations.
  • Inspect and clean parts, package appropriately, and prepare for shipping.
3. Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously improve order fulfillment processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Safety
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • One year of experience in warehouse or logistics environments, including understanding inventory management and operating material handling equipment, preferred.
  • Forklift Certificate preferred.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required with a commitment to act with an elevated level of professionalism during all transactions both internally and externally.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Must be able to work effectively alone or with others in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across functions. Share expertise with others.
  • Must be a self-starter with the demonstrated ability to meet timelines and schedules related to essential functions described above.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Order Entry & Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

NaphCare is hiring an Order Entry & Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team at our Corporate Headquarters located in Birmingham, AL.

NaphCare Rx, is NaphCare's in-house pharmacy dedicated solely to correctional facilities across the country. Connected by our operations management software and EHR, TechCare, NaphCare Rx pharmacists become an integrated, essential part of the clinical team, from electronic medicine orders and secure delivery to pharmacy consultation and review. NaphCare Rx also extends purchasing discounts and cost savings directly to our partners and employees.

Under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist, the Order Entry & Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician is responsible for receiving and filling prescription requests for patients and completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Position hours will be 9am - 6pm with days of either Tuesday - Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday.

Initial training will be 2 weeks of hours from 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

As the Order Entry & Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for receiving and filling prescriptions for corrections patients, employees, and public health client patients. Duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to:

  • Use knowledge and expertise to ensure that pharmaceutical processes and systems are followed appropriately according to policies and procedures, company performance, and accreditation standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and employees at all levels within the organization
  • Maintain clear lines of communication throughout issue-resolution processes
  • Demonstrate personal performance based on professional practice standards, relevant statutes, rules and regulations and organizational criteria
  • Receive written prescription or refill requests and verify that information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain proper storage and security conditions for all medications
  • Fill prescribed medications and affix labels as necessary
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas, including sterilization as required
  • Order, label, and count stock medications, chemicals, and supplies, and enter inventory data
  • Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, and report stock needs and/or shortages
Qualifications

Experience / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician certification issued by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy with a minimum of 1-year experience
  • PTCB/NHA technician certification is required
  • Willingness to be trained (if necessary) and work in a USP797/800 clean room environment as necessary to meet business needs
  • Must complete sufficient hours of CEU to maintain Technician license and technician certification
  • Ensure all pharmaceutical services provided within the facility conform to state licensure, accreditation, regulatory agency requirements, and company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate professionalism by using objectivity, maintaining self-control when under pressure, separating professional from personal issues, displaying emotional maturity, maintaining a high degree of integrity, and promoting a positive work environment by setting an example
  • Notify critical information to the next level of management that may have a negative impact on client and/or vendor relations or patient care
  • Will be assigned to departmental duties in other areas as needed.
  • Willingness to complete special projects as needed from management
  • Willingness to work assigned schedule and mandatory overtime in peak times
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information and integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Must pass the facility's criminal background check and drug screening

**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist will orchestrate the closing process for all members of the Relationship Team and vendors associated with each loan. The closing process entails providing assistance by completing, collecting, and analyzing documents necessary for the extension of credit, booking the loan, resolving documentation exceptions post-closing, and interacting with borrowers, outside counsel, bank associates, and a variety of third parties.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in a multi-state environment
+ Engages with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements as loans are assigned
+ Reviews attorney prepared loan packages for syndicated loans, often with Regions serving as the agent bank
+ Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans
+ Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan
+ Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy
+ Identifies potential issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirement and remediates prior to closing
+ Communicates frequently with business partners throughout the closing process
+ Complies with departmental performance level metrics
+ Contributes to the formulation of plans to mitigate risks
+ Understands the client's needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues related to the extension of commercial credit
+ Serves in a problem-solving capacity by providing client service for loan products
+ Addresses loan setup issues promptly to ensure system data integrity
+ Partners with one (1) or more of the following segments: Real Estate Banking (includes Home Builder Finance, Income Property Finance, Affordable Housing, Real Estate Corporate Banking), Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management
+ Support in Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management includes ensuring loans are booked timely, disbursing loan proceeds in accordance with loan approval and packaging loan documents
+ May assist with the training of team members in areas such as loan documentation and compliance
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Four (4) years of related financial services industry experience
+ General knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence necessary for real estate transactions
+ General knowledge of syndicated transactions and the ability to collaborate with Capital Markets and other lenders for agent and non-agent deals
**Preferences**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Previous Commercial Banking and/or Commercial Equipment Leasing Experience

**What You Will Do**

The associate helps ensure that the right products are delivered to our customers by accurately pulling, inspecting and preparing merchandise for delivery or pick up, as well as verifying invoices against loaded products. In addition, the associate ensures deliveries are ready upon truck arrival, and assists with loading merchandise, including large appliances. Safety is critical because this associate lifts and moves merchandise for staff and customers frequently throughout his/her shift. Fulfillment Associate(s) assigned to the Pro Department are required to be certified on the following Power Equipment (PE) within 30 days of their start date in the Pro Department: forklifts, pallet jacks and electrical lifts.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
**What We're Looking For**
- Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
- Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

- 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
