Position Requirements:

• Assist the pharmacist in reviewing, processing, preparing, filling, labeling, and dispensing of medications, supplies, and the provision of pharmaceutical care.
• Verify information on prescriptions received prior to processing (correct prescriber, name of patient, patient information, medication, dose, quantity, number of refills, lot and expiration date).
• Communicate with Patient Service Center (PSC) representatives as necessary to ensure medication compliance, medication and supply inventory, and overall coordination of care and as applicable.
• Account for delivery receipts for all delivered prescriptions.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.
• Maintain all records including prescription logs and related files.

• Assist Inventory Specialist with expiration date review of all medications on a scheduled basis and prepare outdated medication for destruction according to procedure.

• Evaluate all completed prescriptions/authorizations to ensure that the appropriate information has been obtained to allow for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Perform follow up on all outstanding prescriptions/authorizations and communicate discrepancies to pharmacist or PSC technicians.
• Perform problem solving on order delays.
• Perform quality assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site.

Minimum job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of pharmacy operations or logistics experience
• State specific pharmacy technician license, or commitment to complete the 'technician in training' requirements approved by the state specific Board of Pharmacy, within one year of hire date
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Preferred education and experience:

• One (1) year of previous specialty pharmacy technician experience with exposure to fulfillment of prescription orders
• Nationally certified through the PTCB or another approved certifying agency
• Inventory or logistics control experience

Overview

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving truck or van to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on truck and van; arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments

• Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order- picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely

• Place and/or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse

• Ensure that the wheels of all trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins

• Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations

• Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and the full case line in a neat and orderly manner

• Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders

• Pick VIA orders for Salesmen and Customers

• Stores out of place product, 360 product and 370 product as directed by the supervisor

• Sort pallets by size

• Handling of broken cases to include the re-boxing of good bottles and sending the broken ones to the dump location

• Leave equipment in good working order and free of all trash for the next shift

• Ensure the cleanliness of an assigned area of the warehouse

• Perform all duties in a safe manner

• Wear all company issued safety equipment

• Report any damage to the equipment and building to a supervisor as soon as it happens

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station

• Must be at least 21 years of age

POSITION SUMMARY:BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) is a process that allows us to improve our overall shopping experience for our customers. By accessing inventory in all of our retail locations, it helps us quickly find the right product for our customers no matter where they are shopping. The BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter must be familiar with the products we sell, will be responsible for filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores as needed. Ensures merchandise is handled to maintain quality and appearance for customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Performs multiple functions within the back room of the retail store such as receiving merchandise, inspecting merchandise, filling orders, sorting and packing merchandise in appropriate box size for shipment to customers as needed.
