1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay: $17.50/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Check with the Team Leader to receive work assignments.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of work to produce the highest quality products at minimized costs.
- Confirm the production and kitting of the correct quantity of items as per requirements.
- Obtain skids and accurately load products onto them as per company procedures.
- Conduct all tagging and labeling activities and ensure the finished skids are moved to the shipping or staging areas.
- Undertake and complete special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork, records, and documents.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and work rules.
- Uphold departmental housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow basic instructions, and effectively communicate with team members.
- Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

- Verify information on prescriptions received prior to processing (correct prescriber, name of patient, patient information, medication, dose, quantity, number of refills, lot and expiration date).
- Communicate with Patient Service Center (PSC) representatives as necessary to ensure medication compliance, medication and supply inventory, and overall coordination of care and as applicable.
- Account for delivery receipts for all delivered prescriptions.
- Follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.
- Maintain all records including prescription logs and related files.
- Receives, stores, and logs inventory and returns, verifies quantities against invoices, and informs supervisors of stock needs or shortages.
- Assist Inventory Specialist with expiration date review of all medications on a scheduled basis and prepare outdated medication for destruction according to procedure.
- Post payments and shipments to ensure accurate payment status and accurate account activity.
- Evaluate all completed prescriptions/authorizations to ensure that the appropriate information has been obtained to allow for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Perform follow up on all outstanding prescriptions/authorizations and communicate discrepancies to pharmacist or PSC technicians.
- Perform problem solving on order delays.
- Perform quality assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work site.

POSITION SUMMARY:BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) is a process that allows us to improve our overall shopping experience for our customers. By accessing inventory in all of our retail locations, it helps us quickly find the right product for our customers no matter where they are shopping. The BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter must be familiar with the products we sell, will be responsible for filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores as needed. Ensures merchandise is handled to maintain quality and appearance for customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Performs multiple functions within the back room of the retail store such as receiving merchandise, inspecting merchandise, filling orders, sorting and packing merchandise in appropriate box size for shipment to customers as needed. In fulfillment of these duties may spend majority of time in one of the following areas, but has knowledge and experience to move among multiple area functions as needed.Sorts merchandise into order groupings and/or pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment. Applies designated labels and visually inspects product for quality and presentation to customer.Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order. Pulls merchandise from designated stock locations and place in proper containers.Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using authorized material handling equipment (i.e. stock pickers, lift trucks, etc.) or manually load and/or unload trailers. Maintains housekeeping and cleanliness and follows procedures for a safe work environment. Attends all mandatory training and in-services including by not limited to: new employee orientation, safety, or job skills training.Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open municates any issues or needs affecting execution of basic job function such as; Short Pick issues, out of stocks, on hand counts and supplies.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: High school diplomaExperience: 0-2 years of experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS systemAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customersAbility to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codesTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:N/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand for extended periodsAble to operate receiving equipmentConstantly stand and/or walk during shiftConstantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersOccasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.Occasionally communicate with others to exchange informationOccasionally operate machinery and/or power toolsOccasionally work in tight and confined spacesOccasionally work in low or high temperaturesOccasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.Occasionally work in noisy environmentsLight work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
