Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.

Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.

Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This position is on site at our biomedical service facility located in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. The Fulfillment Specialist is a key role with our logistics team responsible for ensuring that orders are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing and tracking : Using order tracking and other systems to perform order fulfillment and related administrative duties to enter, track and ship orders.
- Manufacturer Service Processing : Monitoring warranty records, processing claims, ensuring compliance with warranty terms, and serving as a liaison between the company, manufacturers, and customers for all warranty-related matters. Handle manufacturers recalls, and outside equipment services management, including tracking repair timelines and producing related documentation.
- Inventory Management : Conduct regular audits of transaction details to ensure that order processing maintains required accuracy and quality standards. Help assess equipment patient-readiness and keeping track of inventory levels, performing regular stock checks, and updating inventory management systems. May also involve participating in inventory audits.

- Data Entry and Record Keeping : Accurately and timely updating logs and inventory records to reflect transactions. Assist with the implementation of process changes and system updates.

Order Fulfillment Product Group Integration Lead

Job Description
This role reports directly to the Product Group Manager and is mainly an individual contributor with one team member supporting budget and financial processes. This role collaborates directly and continuously with all product lines including Product Owners and Software Engineering teams, and also with interfacing groups.
The product group is undergoing significant transformation and modernization. Highlights include:
+ Transforming S&OP process and implementing a platform solution that can be extended to S&OE.
+ Establishing an Order Fulfillment Platform to shift away from multiple products
+ Transforming the Dealer experience for order management
+ Modernizing away from legacy solutions to modern services.
+ Key enabler for other company initiatives such as Material Management Planning modernization and new vehicle launches.
As Product Group Integration Lead, you will be engaging with multiple teams and driving the Order Fulfillment strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure clear understanding of the Order Fulfillment strategy across the product group.
+ Establish and own quarterly updates to the Order Fulfillment 18-month roadmap.
+ Own product group intake and ensure alignment to strategy.
+ Drive twice yearly product group workshop.
+ Drive content to be owned by product lines and product teams.
+ Own and manage the product group Jira instance (quests and sagas).
+ Coordinate product line changes to assist with prioritization.
+ Lead product group integration forum with product owners and tech leads from each product line.
+ Own strategic alignment forum with product group leadership team.
+ Guide product line teams to optimize the system of delivery.
+ Lead product manager system of delivery best practice forum
+ Conduct GEMBAs across the product lines to identify areas where assistance would be helpful.
+ Own future year budget planning and submission.
+ Lead a team to manage current year tracking and forecasting; purchase order submission; and MCRP (annual control process).
+ Advances own progression on the learning path.
+ Fosters a safe environment for experimentation and continuous learning
+ Use metrics as a tool to shape and align work, anticipate demand, open conversations, and learn
**Must Have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of product management expertise with a solid foundation in agile software development.
+ 5+ years of domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Order Management or Dealer Experience.
+ Certification relevant to product management and / or software engineering or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
+ Leadership experience in creating a psychologically safe team environment and blameless retros.
+ Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and experience in creating and managing product backlogs.
+ Expertise leading large scale transformations and systems thinking.
+ Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
+ Demonstrated DevSecOps mindset, with full ownership of development, security, and operational support aspects of a product.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Experience in monitoring activities and tools such as Dynatrace or Google Cloud Monitoring for operational support.
+ Ability to manage complex integrations and dependencies across various products, product lines, and product groups.
+ Proven leadership skills in people management, team building, and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to identify innovative solutions.
+ Strong understanding of Load/Performance testing and A/B testing methodologies.
+ Experience in service-oriented architecture and the development of APIs/Microservices.
Good to have:
+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architecture.
+ Experience with Software Engineering tools and practices such as
+ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
+ Google Cloud Platform and Tekton CI/CD deployment pipeline automation.
+ Java programming and experience with databases such as Postgres SQL and MS SQL/Oracle.
+ Dynatrace or Google Cloud Monitoring for operational support.
+ Understanding of network security principles and practices.
+ Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models
+ Experience in the automotive industry or related technology fields.

Job Description Summary
The Fulfillment Weekend Ops Leader supports operations ensuring that the GE Aerospace Supply Chain can execute our delivery goals down to the piece part level to meet weekly CTB and engine output targets. In this role, you will execute our CTB process and ensure that we are on track to deliver the material required to make our weekly targets. You'll monitor part status, problem solve issues, and break bottlenecks that prevent meeting the weekly metrics.
This role reports to our Fulfillment Operations Leader and enables the business to continue to track deliveries outside of our standard M-F operations.
In this role, the work week will be Thursday through Monday to ensure Fulfillment continuity and provide delivery support.
The preference would be for this person to have close proximity a GE Aerospace assembly location or office but open to remote consideration.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Execute the Clear to Build Process and Standard Work to track and clear parts required to meet our future weekly engine output goals.

Liaison across the Technology & Operations Organization to track down status and clear issues preventing delivery and meeting delivery KPIs.

Partner with Fulfillment leadership to understand the nuanced challenges impacting delivery across our product lines and part families.

Surface emerging delivery issues and act as the escalation point during the weekend to pull in the right stakeholder to resolve delivery issues.

Have a comprehensive view of what issues are impacting or have the potential to impact our delivery goals for the week and work to resolve.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations experience) + 5 years Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations experience.

Working a non-standard schedule - your work week will typically start on Thursday and end on Monday.

The salary range for this position is $ 128,100.00 - 170,800.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
