Job DetailsUnder general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. Assists the Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Floor Technicians, in the filling of prescriptions by processing cycle fills and daily orders, maintaining accurate drug profiles and medical records, and other activities as required.

- Provide exceptional customer service through daily contact with facilities.
- Resolve billing issues as needed.
- Be familiar with the operation of the pharmacy computer system and the packaging options and requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized pharmacy with efficient workflow and outstanding customer service.
- Follow the direction of SafeDose Management, Director of Pharmacy, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician Manager and Floor Team Leader in a timely, efficient manner; willingly assist in company and departmental matters or work in any area of the pharmacy when necessary.

We are seeking a self-motivated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team. In this role you will be preparing batches of samples by receiving and sorting the urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned work station. The Lab Technician is responsible for reading and scanning the chain of custody forms, ordering applicable tests in the system and applying barcoded labels ensuring samples are ready for the testing process.
Shift: Mon - Fri 08:00am - 04:30pm
Salary: $16.50 plus production bonuses
Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for time worked between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs routine operations including the opening of sample bags, creating accessions and batches, orders proper test(s), applies bar code labels.
- Scans Chain of Custody (CoC) forms, ensuring proper orientation and reproducible documents.
- Determines if proper aliquot achieved; may be required to hand pour aliquots using bulb pipettes.
- Separates out samples that require additional attention.
- Keys in client and donor information noting any deficiencies after being signed off for the operation by the Team Lead
- May perform additional duties including transporting batches to other departments, placing or pulling samples from freezer storage, while assuring proper chain of custody.
- Follows all laboratory policies and procedures; adheres to all health and safety standards
