POSITION PURPOSE:

Oversees the acceptance of distribution of all parcels related to retail for hotel guests, internal guests, and hotel functions. Assures that all pertinent information regarding shipping, receiving and distribution of retail items are maintain updated and organized. In addition, will oversee the inventory process.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Reconciliation of purchase orders and invoice records in accordance with Trump standards.
  • Interview, select, train and supervise staff, including cost control and discipline, to ensure the smooth operation of the retail storeroom.
  • Managing records and other administrative functions of the department.
  • Ensures the verification and inspection of incoming/outgoing products.
  • Responsible for all month end information submitted to Finance related to Retail
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicates with vendors discrepancies on invoices/deliveries.
  • Communicates with the retail team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to the retail outlets on the property.
  • Inspecting incoming merchandise to ensure it meets our quality standards and reports any issues to Retail Supervisors and Director of Retail.
  • Ensures that the receiving areas are kept clean and organized.

OTHER:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Trump National Doral Miami from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Due to the industry that we are in, a need will occur for each associate to provide “Lateral Service”. Our goal is to ensure that we are maximizing customer satisfaction and as a result there will be times when our associates in the Operation will call upon us for support in order to ensure customer satisfaction occurs. When we are fortunate enough for this to occur, each associate will positively respond unless there is a chance that an opportunity resulting in dissatisfying a guest could occur. If this is the case the leader is to be notified and the level of support that is being requested will be obtained.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

• Basic mathematical and computer skills to order items and track deliveries.

Strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently in order to complete forms, inventories, read billings, invoices and communicate with co-workers and purveyors.

• Ability to apply basic supervisory skills to plan, organize and direct associates as necessary.

As a member of the Store Management Team the Sales Supervisor’s key role is to ensure the highest level of customer engagement is met and sales results are achieved. The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store, including driving sales, providing an exceptional customer experience, and coaching and developing the team. In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager the Sales Supervisor supports with implementing and enforcing company policies & procedures, corporate directives and initiatives, and ensures store standards are maintained.

  • Assists with managing payroll and ensuring payroll goals are met within established guidelines to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
  • Supports and executes directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing and ensures that information is properly communicated to the store team and that all deliverables are completed within specified deadlines.
  • Communicates with Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager regarding all employee relations, day to day operations and any compliance related matters and to set goals for personal skill development.
  • Represents the brand and ensures team members are embodying the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
  • Ensures Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed. Assist with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store from internal and external shortage.

* Provides point of care testing with documentation of results in EMR.
* Actively supports patients by transporting to areas within the hospital for procedures and admissions.
* Promotes safety by actively participating in the "Time Out" process with the medical and clinical staff.
* Accurately performs & records all POC quality controls; documents department refrigerator temperature controls that align to Quality control standards per departmental protocol.

Job Specific Duties

* Administers ACLS/PALS/NRP medications and/or other medications as required per transport and Medical Director of the program.
* Assists with inter-facility and intra-facility transfers of patients and attends to personal needs of patients/families with each transport.
* Functions as a professional representative of the Nicklaus Children's Hospital LifeFlight Transport Program on every shift.
* Maintains and provides upkeep of MCHS ambulances, transport equipment, and supplies on every shift.
* Performs and assists with assessment and vital signs with each patient contact.
* Promotes corporate compliance within the framework of the Code of Business and Ethical Conduct with each shift.
* Functions as the supporting team member for Critical Care rotor and fixed wing transports under the supervision of the RN.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Supervisor oversees daily operations within passenger terminal areas, ensuring service quality, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on leadership, maintenance oversight, and effective team coordination.
