Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will lead QA planning, testing, and optimization for new feature releases, bug fixes, site and app updates, marketing promotions, technology vendor integrations, and platform rollouts. You will also partner closely with our A/B testing and personalization teams to validate test setups and measure success. Your work will safeguard site stability, protect brand reputation, and enable smooth, on-time launches that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What You'll Be Working On
* QA Strategy & Leadership (20%)
* Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, framework, and best practices across all brand sites.
* Lead the QA team and/or vendor partners, ensuring efficient resourcing and consistent execution.
* Define quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and go/no-go decision processes for releases.
* Testing & Release Management (40%)
* Oversee functional, regression, cross-browser, cross-device, and performance testing for new features, site enhancements, and bug fixes.
* Coordinate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure issues are identified and resolved before launch.
* Manage testing schedules in alignment with development sprints, promotional calendars, and seasonal release timelines.
* Vendor & Integration QA (10%)
* Validate and approve third-party tech vendor integrations, ensuring they meet functional, security, and performance standards.
* Oversee QA for platform migrations, upgrades, and rollout plans to minimize downtime and risk.
* A/B Testing & Personalization (20%)
* Partner with the optimization and analytics teams to QA all test variants and personalization rules prior to launch.
* Ensure tracking, targeting, and measurement are implemented correctly for accurate reporting.
* Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution (10%)
* Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog of bugs and quality issues, and track them to resolution.
* Analyze recurring defects to identify process improvements and training opportunities for cross-functional teams.
Must Haves:
* Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years of experience in QA/testing for e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms, preferably with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Technical Skills:
* Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated).
* Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred).
* Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools (e.g., Kameleoon, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield).
* Strong knowledge of cross-browser/device testing, responsive design QA, and accessibility standards.
* Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium and BrowserStack.
* Personal Attributes:
* Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, bug-free experiences.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

* Other Requirements:
* Based in or willing to work from the New York City HQ several days per week.
* Ability to work flexible hours during major launches, seasonal peaks, or urgent issue resolution.
Primary Location Salary Range: $30,000 - 160,000
