**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Asset Management Portfolio Manager serves as a Portfolio Manager for assigned managed accounts.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Manages a book of either Private Wealth or Institutional Clients by serving as the Portfolio Manager
+ Works with clients and multiple partners to development investment objectives and goals through discussion and identification of client priorities
+ Implements and communicates investment related changes based on Investment Working Group guidelines to ensure clients receive the Best Thinking of Regions Asset Management
+ Effectively Implement Portfolio Management Group Strategic Initiatives and may provide input
+ Leverage resources to maintain and increase efficiency to focus on clients at an effective level
+ Address and respond to all risk related items in a timely fashion including but not limited to: Investment Reviews, Asset Allocation Flags, and other risk reports
+ Execute the Regions Client Experience at an advanced level
+ Initiates and monitors required actions related to modeling and trading of client accounts
+ Works with all partners at an advanced level by building relationships to retain and grow revenue from existing client relationships
+ Participates and may lead the sales process with partners and teammates to identify and solidify new business opportunities focused on trust and investment management
+ Keeps abreast of trends and developments in the economy and markets to ensure effective communication to clients and partners
+ Participates in and may lead group projects as assigned by management
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent
+ Five (5) years applicable knowledge or experience in investment/portfolio management, brokerage, finance, or equivalent
**Preferences**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
+ Technical Training in financial and economic markets
+ Progress towards Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
**Skills and Competencies**
+ Analytical, organization and presentation skills
+ Knowledgeable about sales techniques and possess sales aptitude
+ Skilled in applicable computer software programs
+ Verbal and written communication skills

**Compensation Details**
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

The TIAA Private Asset Management Portfolio Manager serves as a central point of contact for HNW clients, responsible for overseeing investment portfolios and delivering personalized advice. This role involves direct portfolio oversight, regular engagement with clients, and thoughtful implementation of asset allocation strategies. It requires strong market knowledge, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage portfolios that align with complex financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Builds successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends.
+ Recommends portfolio adjustments to grow client's net worth based on industry trends identified through market and risk analysis.
+ Executes securities transactions in client portfolios to maintain a specific investment strategy or to reach an investment objective.
+ Determines acceptable risk levels with clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions.
+ Evaluates the performance of investment portfolios and ensures compliance with standards provided by regulatory organizations, including conformance with investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements, and anti-fraud measures.
+ Maintains new and existing client relationships, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and meeting with them to discuss their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
+ Maintains and informs team of updated knowledge of capital markets and the investment management industry to make informed decisions and implement best practices.
+ Provide input into investment models and allocation frameworks. Support business development and client retention initiatives.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and client reporting.

Position Overview:
The Asset Management & Investment Associate will play a hybrid role, bridging investment analysis with hands-on asset management. This role involves conducting financial modeling, underwriting acquisitions, and structuring financing while also supporting portfolio strategy, lease oversight, and property-level performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial and analytical skills, preferably with prior banking, credit, or investment experience, and a solid understanding of commercial real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment & Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions, refinancing, and portfolio planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field ( MBA preferred ).

Position Overview:The Asset Management Paralegal will work closely with the Asset Management and Legal teams to oversee lease administration, contracts, compliance, and risk management for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both operational and legal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lease Administration & Legal Support
- Review, draft, and prepare lease agreements, amendments, assignments, and license agreements.
