This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, and responding to internal and external clients and other banks regarding inquiries and discrepancies in wire transfer transactions.

* Will be expected to handle a case load of 5 - 10 new investigations daily with up to 25+ open cases at any given time.

Reporting to the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst has end-to-end responsibility of funds transfer pricing (FTP), a specialized function of Treasury. This role works as a developing subject matter expert to execute the day-to-day operations within FTP, with a focus on analytical decision-making and data handling. The role allows for process ownership and operates with minimal supervision for day-to-day activities. Additionally, the role includes opportunities to contribute to FTP methodology development. **The Work Itself**
* Preparation of Month End FTP for all BUs.
* Preparation of Forecasted FTP in long-term forecasts and stress tests for all BUs.
* Development of subject matter expertise and the ability to articulate FTP changes effectively using in-depth analysis.
* Continual refinement of QRM knowledge and its application to FTP.
* Preparation of materials articulating any changes in forecast / actuals / treasury residual for leadership consumption.
* Updating and maintaining governance documentation.
* Execution and testing of new FTP methodologies, including QRM setup.
* Creating board-level presentations.

* 3+ years' experience in aligned area/functions (Finance, Structured Funding, Liquidity Risk, Capital Management, Balance Sheet Management, Capital Markets, Economics, etc.) in the financial industry
* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related discipline required
* Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) software, Balance Sheet Management or Asset/Liability Management, and/or SQL experience strongly preferred

**Summary**
**Transaction Processing Associate reports directly to the Outreach Supervisor. Conducts presentations throughout the community on New Mexico Medicaid Program. Will meet with groups or individuals. Provide accurate information about the New Mexico Medicaid Program and can assist beneficiaries in enrollment and eligibility assistance for potential and existing New Mexico Medicaid beneficiaries. Processes eligibility applications and determines eligibility for the program. Enters eligibility information into a web-based computer system and references other NM-specific databases as appropriate. Follows up with beneficiaries with correspondence, performs file updates as information comes in, and assesses service/information. **
**What you will be doing:**
+ **Support the research process unit for the SBE (state-based exchange) and seasoned processor with strong knowledge of all systems used for processing - SME (subject matter expert).**
+ **Determine eligibility for NM Medicaid Program according to the NM Medicaid Care regulations/guidelines by reviewing documentation to accurately enter data into a web-based computer system and following procedures for running automated eligibility rules; prepare correspondence for missing information as appropriate; make outbound calls to obtain, clarify, or validate the information. **
+ **Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below. **
+ **Assist/train new staff and assist in the call center when needed. **
+ **Maintain good attendance and punctuality and work independently on projects. **
+ **Adhere to changes in policy and procedure and build relationships with the community and advocacy groups. **
+ **Provides administrative support to the business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities, electronic portal, media conversation, content storage and retrieval.**
+ **Occasionally, you will have to go into the office if needed.**

**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Operator, you will provide document review and data entry support where you are responsible for:
+ Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing.
+ Receiving documents in electronic form for accurate processing.
+ Identify forms and any gaps in required information.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role you will:
+ Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
+ Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
+ Must be able to successfully pass Pre-Employment screening
+ Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM on a computer.
+ Ability to multi-task and while adapting to changing priorities.
