**Summary:** Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; takes food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service.
+ Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
+ Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. Advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences. As needed, demonstrates knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.
+ Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
+ Exhibits exceptional communications skills and demonstrates ability to get along well with others. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
+ Collects tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
+ Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests.
+ Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
+ Promptly addresses complaints or issues; relays relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
+ Ensures that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keeps area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
+ Operates a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.
+ Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.

**Summary:**
The Suite Attendant is responsible for receiving specific orders and requests to be fulfilled before, during and after each event. In this position, the runner should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The attendant maintains each suite during the event. The attendant should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
- Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat.
- Maintain the suite before, during, and after each event.
- Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
- Follows set up and break down processes efficiently.
- Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
- Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.
- Understands all event paperwork and reports.

Power Suite Engineer
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The Power Suite Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity, decision-making, and client outcomes across Sedgwick. This role combines development expertise and support.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**
+ Technical responsibility for DEVELOPMENT and Support of Power App/Automate/BI solutions
+ Deltek VantagePoint support, updates and configuration changes.
+ Participate in system design, development, and operational enhancements
+ Create workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reporting
+ Troubleshoot issues and respond to assigned tickets as an escalation point person for internal customers requiring IT platform support
+ Assist in standards for data accuracy and analysis
+ Lead designing, supporting, and ensuring accuracy of data imports and exports
+ Coordinate and oversee integration of Deltek VantagePoint to other platforms, including but not limited to SAP, Concur, Tableau, Legal X, T360
+ Able to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with a workload
+ Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and requirements accordingly
**Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems or a technology related field, comparable technical institute certification, systems administration training, or equivalent work experience preferred. Technical certification(s) a plus. ITILv3 certification/training a plus. Industry Standard certifications a plus (i.e. MCSA, MCTS).**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of experience working in Power App/Automate/BI
+ Experience in Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, ANS, IIS, SQL, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate.
+ Deltek Vision/VantagePoint administration / support background highly desireable
+ Project management experience
+ Specific knowledge in data integrations and managing interfaces with third-party software
+ Experience with service requests and troubleshooting incidents
+ Proficient in Excel (Formulas, Charts, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, Formatting), basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Understanding of IT Security concepts (Access Controls, Change Management, Separation of Duties, Least Privilege, Flaw Remediation, etc.)
Skills & Knowledge
+ Knowledge of Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SQL
+ Power BI/APP/Automate expertise highly desirable
+ High technical aptitude/acumen
+ Good written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with multiple levels of the organization
+ Ability to work in a disciplined manner and remain composed under pressure
+ Ability to quickly process information, correlate, disseminate, and make appropriate risk-based decisions
