We are searching for Senior Game Testers - QA for our new Gaming studio in Charleston, South Carolina servicing our major gaming client. This is an in-studio position, no remote work will be considered. Only local candidates in the Charleston, SC area or candidates in the U.S that are willing to relocate will be considered. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. 

• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases based on software requirements. 
• Capable of writing clear and detailed bug reports, test cases, and test tasks.

• Proficiency in manual testing for PC, console, and mobile games. 
• Deep gaming experience on one or more platforms.

• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure, TestRail, Jira). 
• Proficient in reviewing test tasks, notes, and bug reports, and translating the data provided.

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for the development of mission critical software tools as well as aid in the adoption of automated testing across Software Quality Assurance department. The role is based in Chicago, IL. As part of a small, focused, and motivated team within SQA, use software development best practices to implement new tools per requirements provided. Organize and lead sprint planning in coordination with Senior Engineers and Lead Engineers, in addition to mentoring Associate Engineers on process/ tools.

Side is seeking an experienced and driven QA Lead - Video Game Tester to join our team and lead a rapidly growing workforce of video game testers. As the QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our clients' video game titles across various platforms. • Lead and oversee a team of video game testers at all levels, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high-quality testing results.

• Proficiency in using industry-standard testing tools and software, such as bug tracking systems, test management tools, and version control systems.
