SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a 60 PC LAN Center. Standard tasks will include performing cashless sales, greeting and servicing customer needs, troubleshooting PC's, updating games, and thorough cleaning of desks/chairs/peripherals. Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and supervise all administrative, information technology (IT), security, facility, transportation, catering, and real-life support requirements for all events related to wargame planning, development, execution, and post-event activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • The primary wargame event(s)
  • Planning conferences and workshops
  • Wargame rehearsals and playtests
  • Briefings to sponsors and distinguished visitors (DVs)
  • After action reviews and lessons identified sessions
• Serve as the central point of contact for event management, liaising with facility owners, NCIA for IT services, NATO security staff, catering providers, transport coordinators, and accommodation services.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute all event-related documentation, including calling messages (formal invitations), administrative instructions, contact lists, participant rosters, and security access rosters.

Essential Skills and Experience

CTE teachers are responsible to:

- Build, maintain, and modernize game systems inside our Roblox experience

- Work across the stack-from gameplay mechanics to infrastructure tools

Requirements:

- 3+ years experienced as software engineer with strong generalist skills across game and non-game systems

- Experience with modern development practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, version control and testing

We are looking for an **Applied Scientist, Gaming AI** with high quality machine learning and engineering skills, bringing proven problem-solving skills and a passion to apply advanced AI techniques in gaming domains. As a key contributor, you will develop state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to elevate user and content experiences to the next level in gaming. You will collaborate with a diverse global team of engineers, product managers and scientists that develops and applies sophisticated machine learning techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, computer vision, natural language processing, recommender systems and more) in gaming related products. You'll be expected to bring technical rigor, creativity, and execution to help move research into production.
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will collaborate with experts in machine learning and distributed systems to develop advanced AI models that power innovative gaming experiences. You will work on reinforcement learning, computer vision, small and large language models (SLMs and LLMs), and other advanced machine learning multimodal techniques that integrate vision, language, actions, audio, and more. Your ML models will help advance the state of the art in both production and distribution of the gaming industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Designing and developing intelligent, versatile AI models tailored to diverse gaming scenarios, including player understanding, dynamic content generation, and personalized experiences.
+ Applying advanced machine learning techniques to enhance gaming experiences, including:

+ Conducting A/B testing and causal inference analysis to evaluate the impact of AI-driven features on player engagement and retention.

+ Contributing to production readiness, including model training, fine-tuning, quantization, and integration into end-to-end systems and pipelines.

Applied Sciences IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $99,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD 131,400 - 215,400 per year.
