Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Rehlko (formerly Kohle r) generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. Our Parts Administrators are responsible for:
- Managing selling and customer service/parts activities to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Managing parts and inventory; submitting purchase requests; approving department expenses
- Assuring adequate inventory of high-turn parts
- Inventory accountability of stock for warehouse and service vehicles
- Assuring parts availability through multiple sources, securing best pricing
- Coordinating efforts of sales, service, purchasing, and warehouse operations
- Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
- Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services provided
- Seeking and continuously developing knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics, and communicates this to relevant Company staff

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 yrs parts, warehouse, or retail experience desired; inventory experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines; willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills to include MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry
- Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines
- Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
- Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times

Summary
The Lincoln Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Euclid, OH world headquarters. The Electrical Engineer plays a key role in the electrical design, development, and support of Lincoln's DC Fast Charger, one of our newest product lines. You will help drive the future of clean energy solutions by contributing to the development of DC Fast Chargers (DCFC) for electric vehicles (EV) team.

What You Will Do:
- Electrical Design & Development: Design and implement electrical systems and circuits for DCFC products, including but not limited to magnetics, circuit boards, wire harnesses, and integration with software controls. li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software/controls engineers to integrate electrical and software systems effectively, ensuring seamless product development.
- Thermal & Mechanical Design Support: Partner with mechanical engineers to ensure that electrical and thermal requirements are addressed within the mechanical packaging and system design.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure that all designs meet or exceed safety and performance requirements.
- Manufacturing & Testing: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to define policies and processes for building and testing high-power EV chargers, ensuring product quality and manufacturability.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to product failures, driving root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Required Experience and Education
- li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. < i>Level II Engineer 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in electrical design.
- Level III Engineer 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in electrical design.
- Level IV Engineer 9+ years - Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization with specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
- Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experiences /ul>
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical design principles, circuits, power systems, and system integration. Experience with high-power electronics and DC fast chargers is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to project management and problem-solving.
