**Position Description:**
Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join their high-volume practice in Lancaster PA due to growth. Our rheumatology practice offers diagnosis, treatment and management of all arthritis and rheumatologic diseases for adults ages 18 and over. The practice is compiled of six physicians and one physician assistant who are specialists in rheumatology. Our providers currently practice at the main office in Lancaster, PA, and offer convenience for patients at three other specialty locations in Lancaster County. The practice collaborates as a team in conjunction with Lancaster General Hospital's medical infusion center and the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute infusion center, as well as the Osteoporosis Testing Facility. The LGHP Arthritis & Rheumatology providers work a typical outpatient Monday through Friday schedule, with an on-call schedule of one out of every seven weeks.
Rheumatology consultation service is offered by our physicians at Lancaster General Hospital during the on-call week. As a member of this team, our rheumatologists have the chance to collaborate closely with other Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health physicians to develop personalized treatment/chronic care management to improve the lives of patients with rheumatic diseases.

**Position Description:**
The Anesthesia Department of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our group of nearly 72 CRNA's and 38 collegial anesthesiologists. CRNA's on our team provide anesthesia for various types of procedures at a Level 1 Trauma Center including, General/Vascular Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urologic Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Endoscopy, EP procedures, OB/GYN Surgery, as well as other surgical procedures. CRNA's are responsible for the administration of general anesthetics, spinals, MAC anesthetics, and providing emergency airway services, as well as, respond to Trauma Codes and IVU Code Strokes. CRNA's have the opportunity to practice at multiple venues, including our Main OR, Orthopedic OR, Women and Babies Hospital OR, Endoscopy Suite, EP LAB, and the Ambulatory Surgery Center Lancaster General.
At LGH, CRNA's also have to opportunity to precept and mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists from four regional Nurse Anesthesia Programs, including Villanova University, Thomas Jefferson University, Cedar Crest College and LaSalle University.
**Hours: Full-time (1.0 FTE)** , varied shifts available (8, 10, and 12-hour shifts); no call requirement. No weekends and one holiday a year.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse is required, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
+ Must be a graduate of a School of Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), and eligible to sit for initial certification exam.
+ Must hold a valid certification or re-certification card from the Council on Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

The Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute, part of Penn Medicine Lancaster General, is a beautiful, light-filled, 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art cancer center that provides a multidisciplinary setting for cancer care including Surgical, Medical, and Radiation Oncology services complemented by a wide range of supportive services providing holistic care that addresses the needs of our breast cancer patients and their families. Our busy breast surgery group cares for approximately 450 newly diagnosed breast cancer patients annually and a larger contingent of benign and high-risk patients. No general surgery practice or call is required and breast surgery call is 1:3. Multidisciplinary breast tumor board takes place weekly with consistent participation from all specialties. Breast cancer clinical trials are available on site, and are supported by our Clinical Research Unit staff.
Our Breast Team provides the continuum of breast care, including diagnosis, cancer treatment, and high-risk management. Multidisciplinary care is planned and provided in our cancer institute supported by a Breast Oncology Leadership Team, as well as weekly Breast Tumor Board. Our program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons, and currently preparing for NAPBC accreditation. The Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute is a successful participant in the CMS Oncology Care Model. Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join their practice located in Lancaster, PA. Our Radiation Oncologists practice in a single location at Penn Medicine's Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute, a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art cancer center that provides high quality radiation, medical, surgical, and palliative oncology under one roof. Our warm, light-filled, modern cancer institute includes 5 linear accelerators, 2 CT simulators, ProBeam 360 proton center, 60 infusion chairs, and 57 examination rooms.
The Radiation Oncologist will ensure that all patients receive the highest quality treatment. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient consultation service for all Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute and Lancaster General Hospital cancer patients. Personal responsibilities include efficient clinical processes, appropriate clinical treatment protocols, provision of clinical trials, and maintenance of high levels of patient satisfaction. The Radiation Oncologist will work closely with other physicians, nursing, and technical staff at the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health radiation department to maintain the highest level of general clinical care/operations and will have the opportunity to be a part of new clinical programs and innovations to continue to provide the latest clinical technologies and service. Current modalities includes: 2x True Beam linear accelerators, 2 Halcyon machines with plan for ETHOS adaptive planning upgrade, the nation's first Cyberknife M6 with MLC, Respiratory gating / 4D CT scanning, Cone Beam CT image guidance and HDR brachytherapy. **Position Description:**
The Heart and Vascular Institute of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a fulltime BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join the Lancaster General Health Physicians Surgical Group (LGHP SG). Our multispecialty surgical group has four board certified Vascular Surgeons who take dedicated vascular call for the practice and full-time ED call supporting the Level 1 trauma program. The inpatient vascular team is supported by dedicated Physician Assistants (PA-C) facilitating daily rounds, servicing consults, and assisting in the operating room. Additionally, a shared office-based PA-C supports this teams' outpatient work. Our surgeons also participate in training of general surgery residents.
LGHP SG Vascular Surgeons were the first in Lancaster county to perform percutaneous endovascular aneurysm repairs and fenestrated EVAR. LGH has been distinguished as a Center of Excellence in Trans Carotid Artery Revascularization. Complex endovascular interventions are performed in a dedicated Interventional Vascular Unit with sedation nurses. Our surgeons support a busy TAVR program in collaboration with cardiac surgeons and a stroke-thrombectomy center. Our Vascular Surgeons also provide care to the majority of the county's over 500 end stage renal disease patients in close collaboration with the nephrology team and dialysis centers. Care is also provided to patients with venous disease, including Venaseal ablations in the office.
LGHP SG office boasts a fully accredited ICAVL vascular lab with on and off-site sonographers. A dedicated data analyst enters the majority of cases into the Vascular Quality Initiative database. While transfer of patients to a quaternary care is rare, the option for transfer to University of Pennsylvania is readily available for complex cases. The health system has a separately run Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Center as well as full-time Podiatry care.

Position Description:

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Wound Care Physician to join their Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine team in Lancaster, PA. Join an excellent team of two wound physicians that work in a multi-specialty center. Our collaborative team of physicians work together to provide outpatient care to general wound patients and work with specialty providers in high-level patient center care in wound and hyperbaric medicine.

Position Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
• 3-5 years of wound-specific experience is highly preferred
• Certified in Wound Care/Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted PA Medical License
