**Senior Manager, General Motors Community Dealer Development (GMCDD):**
The Dealer Development team is dedicated to strengthening and optimizing GM's dealer network to drive increased sales and grow market share. This is achieved through targeted recruitment efforts, candidate-focused events, and active participation in industry conferences such as NADA, NAMAD, and local business associations.
+ **Protecting and Optimizing Our Dealer Network** Provide structured operational support to dealers aimed at increasing throughput and profitability. The Quality Engineer is a role within the Quality Control organization which oversees Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for all Quality Control software and equipment/instrumentation.
