Your role will be focused on partnering with high potential retailers in the Fashion industry in Germany with a view to helping grow their online businesses. You will also work as part of an EU Fashion Deal team to ensure delivery of deals strategic projects maximizing both Customer Experience and sales.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver on a yearly promotions calendar with high potential fashion merchants in Germany, owning the Marketplace Softlines promotions recruitment target across countries
2. Ensure delivery of deal execution across all major deals events (i.e. Spring Sale, Prime Day, End of Summer Sale and Black Friday/Cyber Monday), coordinating with a team of EU account managers and working with local and category product managers to achieve event targets for Germany.
3. Act as project owner for strategic projects aiming at improving sales, Customer and Seller Experience on Amazon Fashion
4. Track and report business development results and drive deep-dive analysis aiming at fixing defects and improve sales performance
5. Evangelize sellers and internal stakeholders to learn and master Amazon's promotions tools and systems
6. Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment
Working within one of the fastest growing product family of Amazon you will have the opportunity to partner with high potential brands and retailers and across a variety of Amazon teams. Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in sales, preferably in E-Commerce, retail technology, software or consulting
- Advanced analytical skills is a must (Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
- Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Experience in Flash Sales, Deals or Promotions would be an advantage.

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Clinical Operations team.
As a Clinical Support Specialist (CSS), your primary responsibility will be to support Hazel Health providers before, during, and after telemedicine visits through patient assistance, technology support, and follow-up communication. Our CSSs are often the first point of contact for our families and must be compassionate, organized, and able to make sound decisions. Please note that our Clinical Support Specialists must be bilingual Spanish speakers.

What Youll Do:
- Support Hazels Physical Health provider team with phone calls to families in both English and Spanish
- Manage internal chat communications among providers, relay messages to appropriate staff, and create job tickets for school/initiator needs
- Provide interpretation and translation services for phone calls, telehealth visits and written medical documentation
- Answers parent/guardian questions and relay pertinent information back to the provider
- Troubleshoot minor technical difficulties and escalate to Hazels IT team, when needed
- Work with the Clinical Operations team to identify process improvements and document new procedures
- Ensure continuity of care by acting as a liaison between Hazel providers, parents/guardians, students and school personnel
- Provide back-up coverage to other support staff
What Excites Us:
- Required: Once hired, you will be enrolled --at Hazel Health's expense--in an accredited medical interpreter training program (e.g., ALTA). You must successfully complete the certification within your first 30 days of employment as a condition of continued employment.
- Required: Fluency or ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Prior experience in a clinical environment (1-2 years) preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
- Ability to work autonomously with efficiency and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred

Bilingual 2nd Shift Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical assistance to end users using both oral and written communication skills via phone, email and video conference
- Act as initial point of contact for computer hardware and software problem resolution for users
- Configure and administer mobile devices including smartphones
- Troubleshoot technical issues with monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internet, modems or VPNs
- Handle any connectivity issues
- Handle basic escalations when needed
- Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly KPIs around average call handle time, call resolution and customer satisfaction
Bilingual 2nd Shift Help Desk Technician Requirements:
- Must have bilingual skills
- Must be comfortable working second shift hours
- Educational degree/certificate or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on desktop support experience; strong customer service skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge in Office365 Exchange Online administration
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android and iOS Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Apple Business Manager and user account changes
- Technical aptitude with strong PC and mobile device literacy skills including MacBooks
