**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in banking industry across treasury, liquidity risk, market risk and/or trading of fixed income products
+ Understanding of liquidity risk concepts and requirements. Understanding of balance sheet analysis for global banks across traditional banking and complex non-banking products
+ Understanding of the governance and controls surrounding risk monitoring including, stress testing, limits and indicators, and ongoing monitoring

+ Primarily responsible for risk coverage for structural interest rate risk (also known as IRRBB / Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) originating from Line of businesses (LOB) and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), both domestically and internationally
+ Support the monitoring, analysis, and management of interest rate risk (IRR) exposures for assigned lines of business and deliver insights on Net Interest Income (NII) at risk, economic value sensitivity (EVE), and convexity impacts under multiple market rate scenarios.
+ Assist in the development and ongoing management of IRR limits, triggers, and guidelines. Conduct risk appetite analysis and escalate breaches or emerging trends to relevant stakeholders.
+ Provide 2 nd line coverage on FTP methodologies, including Base FTP, Liquidity Premium and Resource Allocation
+ Develop and maintain challenger models for core balance sheet products such as mortgages, deposits, credit cards, and wholesale loans and Support model risk and validation reviews by documenting model logic, assumptions, data sources, and calibration techniques.

+ Produce detailed analysis and risk commentary for senior management, LOB CFOs, and Treasury committees.

Job Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for risk coverage for structural interest rate risk (also known as IRRBB / Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) originating from Line of businesses (LOB) and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), both domestically and internationally
- Support the monitoring, analysis, and management of interest rate risk (IRR) exposures for assigned lines of business and deliver insights on Net Interest Income (NII) at risk, economic value sensitivity (EVE), and convexity impacts under multiple market rate scenarios.
- Assist in the development and ongoing management of IRR limits, triggers, and guidelines. Conduct risk appetite analysis and escalate breaches or emerging trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide 2 nd line coverage on FTP methodologies, including Base FTP, Liquidity Premium and Resource Allocation
- Develop and maintain challenger models for core balance sheet products such as mortgages, deposits, credit cards, and wholesale loans and Support model risk and validation reviews by documenting model logic, assumptions, data sources, and calibration techniques.
- Partner with technology, data, and modeling teams to enhance the risk and finance analytics platform. Automate reporting, scenario generation, and model monitoring dashboards.
- Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving behavioral modeling (e.g., non-maturity deposit behavior), FTP curve design, or product repricing strategies.
- Produce detailed analysis and risk commentary for senior management, LOB CFOs, and Treasury committees.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory expectations (e.g., Basel IRRBB, OCC 2016-7) and support internal/external reviews, audits, and compliance with model governance policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Mimimum 4 years of experience in Trading, Risk Management, Treasury or a Finance function
- An excellent academic record and Degree in Business-Administration / Economics / Finance / Mathematics / Engineering / Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related quantitative analytic from a reputed institute is required
- Knowledge of standard financial concepts, including basic understanding of fixed-income securities and markets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts and intuitions for management consumption
- Strong analytical skills, high level of self-initiative and ability to work effectively across different functional areas and locales
- Proficiency in Python/SQL programming or similar languages
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of Balance Sheet management, Interest Rate Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing, Liquidity Risk; or Capital Markets trading environment exposure a plus.

The Risk Management Analyst will assist with managing to completion and in a precise/timely manner, workers' compensation, general liability, marine, and property claims and maintain the physical files for all claims.
Obtain certificates of insurance upon request (maximum time - 2 work days). Ensure all renewed insurance policies have the correct certificates - worldwide. Direct communication with the worldwide insurance brokers and GUESS? associates for accuracy and timeliness of delivery for all certificates. Maintain a complete library, by year and coverage, of the certificates on the shared drive.
Collect and maintain the information on Origami (Risk Management Information System) for the Schedule of Values(SOV) required for the worldwide property and casualty programs. Ensure the SOV is kept current by tracking store openings and closures. Obtain values and COPE information for of any new warehouses/locations and report to insurance broker immediately. Make up and submit required quarterly audits to the brokers after review with Sr. Director and Workers Compensation - WC/Safety Manager. Maintain and complete accurate records on all insurance renewals Assist with the development and maintenance of budget forecasts.
Perform key administrative functions to increase the productivity of the department such as but not limited to: process all invoices in a timely/accurate and complete manner, check invoices against approved charges, track invoices both manually and online, work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and maintain schedules to reflect causation, amounts, and allocation for various safety issues. Support the quarterly actuarial analysis and to maintain SOX compliance, review of loss runs for all lines of insurance. Use sound judgment to analyze and develop risk reducing recommendations based on technical skills and experience.
**Role is based in LA and requires to be on-site daily**
