As an Automotive Glass Installer at Performance Collision Center, you will be responsible for removing and installing automotive glass in various vehicles, ensuring a perfect fit and finish. You will work with a skilled team and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Remove damaged or old glass from vehicles and prepare vehicles for glass installation.
- Install new glass using proper techniques to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job progress and any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in automotive glass installation is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling various types of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to automotive glass installation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
