**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As the Manager, Global Delivery you will be responsible for supporting the AVP of Global Delivery with the strategic planning and implementation of new enterprise-wide capabilities to transform the organization and advance its operating strategy. You will partner with the AVP of Global Delivery and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee the governance and implementation of new capability stand-up, refine and manage implementation processes to maximize delivery and operational efficiency, and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders on complex global delivery timelines, progressions, risk/issues, and mitigations.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Execution
+ Support the AVP of Global Delivery with the development and maintenance of HCA Healthcare's overall global operations strategy and execution timelines.
+ Support HCA Healthcare's global operations portfolio in conjunction with the AVP of Global Delivery, including owning multiple program timelines and deliverables, escalating and mitigating risks or issues, and managing work across global stakeholders.
+ Coordinate and oversee the governance of new operating model implementations spanning cross-functional teams by engaging with stakeholders and driving execution (including with technology, project management, and functional business stakeholders).
+ Identify, document, and implement process improvements with the AVP of Global Delivery to enhance global delivery efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
+ Document and refine standardized global delivery processes and maintain a centralized repository of documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.
Global Operational Readiness
+ Conduct thorough operational and technology readiness assessments to ensure preparation of all systems, processes, and operational teams for the global working environment.
+ Support the creation of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for all global capabilities in partnership with business leaders.
+ Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of transformations and define plans for operationalizing measures for global operations
Job Requirements:
+ 5 years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement or Program Management roles, preferably in a large global organization.
+ Experience working across geographic regions preferred.
+ Previous consulting and/or advisory experience highly preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Master's degree preferred.
+ Experience implementing complex, large-scale operations and process improvement initiatives.
+ Ability to team effectively and be proactive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
