Value Realization: You identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle through the introduction of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
Enablement: You build and drive programs to achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.

A day in the life

Day-to-day, you will balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, and internal AWS teams to orchestrate execution of targeted customer outcomes.
Working backwards from the customer,
- You will define opportunities, anticipate business and technical risks, and drive clarity that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey including large-scale migrations, data and analytics, digital innovation, high performance computing, product innovation, business agility, and other.

Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience driving technology initiatives, including 7+ years of customer-facing experience delivering technology transformation programs in large enterprise organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes and decision-making processes
- Analytical, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- Experience in Cloud services, either in a consulting and advisory role or in a Cloud Program/ Cloud COE leadership role
- Knowledge and experience of Agile delivery (e.g. Scrum and SAFe) and of PMP/Prince2/PgMP. Certification across PM/Program Management and Agile bodies is preferred.
- Executive presence and effective communication skills (active-listening, verbal, written, and presentation) including progress updates, risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment / tracking, presentations, technical content, public speaking and white papers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Consultancy experience as a technology delivery lead and trusted advisor to external customer(s), with executive-level presence and communication skills
* Effective communication skills (active-listening, verbal, written, and presentation) including risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment / tracking, presentations, technical content, public speaking and white papers.

Key job responsibilities
* Work with Account Teams and collaborate across areas to unlock and unblock migration and modernization opportunities
* Engage with customer executives to uncover strategic objectives for digital transformation
* Work backwards from the customer's digital transformation objectives to create an application migration and modernization strategy
* Leverage specialized knowledge in MSFT workloads and other legacy licensing constructs to help customer's optimize licensing and select the right migration path
* Collaborate with your GTM colleagues and internal partners to streamline customer engagement and TCO activities across areas
About the team
Within ASP, this position is a part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead the GTM strategy for AWS Enterprise Applications, Migration & Modernization (EAMM), helping our Account Teams win large-scale complex migrations and directly support our largest and most strategic customer relationships. We create sales plays, build pipeline, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We also provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the "first in" teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions. When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them to build and deliver what they need. When a customer is considering migrating at scale they look to us for guidance on best practices across application types and patterns for migration and modernization.
Once engaged, the IMM GTM Specialist Team is expected to quickly qualify potential large scale migration opportunities (DC Exits, VMware, etc) by identifying a high-level scope and size and customer position.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of technology experience in Enterprise Application Migration and Modernization
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and Line of Business Leaders.

A career in our Alternative Investments practice, within International Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help multinational companies address their cross border tax needs both locally and globally by managing their global tax rates, finding areas of cost reduction, and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities. You'll gain a global perspective and an awareness of tax issues stemming from changes to evolving business structures and geographic expansions.
Our team provides our clients with investment advice based on expected tax leakage and associated tax risk. You'll focus on assessing global tax risk for an offshore entity based on its operating jurisdictions and offering investment solution to minimise risk exposure.

The Opportunity
As part of the ITS FS team you are expected to manage our firm-sponsored legal entity information database, focusing on tax attributes. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience

- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study
