As the Business HR Associate supporting our Global Information Technology (GIT) Organization, you'll play an integral role in both daily operations and strategic initiatives that drive people and organizational growth. Your efforts will help advance talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness-including performance management, capability building, and change management.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the Global Information Technology (GIT) internship program under guidance of program managers and sponsors, including end-to-end recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
+ Utilize SuccessFactors to manage intern position requisitions, job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant data
+ Schedule and run weekly internship team meetings and mentor/intern check-ins; manage logistics for related events
+ Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies for intern and full-time roles, leveraging best practices, social media, university partnerships, and diversity organizations
+ Support onboarding for new full-time employees, ensuring alignment with Colgate's vision, culture, and rapid integration
+ Maintain organizational and people data integrity within Employee Central (HRIS), preparing and analyzing HR reports and KPIs as needed
+ Assist with the annual Affirmative Action Plan reporting
+ Create presentations to communicate project status and outcomes

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or a related field
+ 1+ year relevant HR experience
+ Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
+ Demonstrated leadership qualities: builds trust at all levels, takes ownership, and exhibits genuine curiosity to learn and innovate
Preferred Qualifications:

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $229900 - $468160 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

**EXPERIENCES**
+ Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc) in life sciences, pharmacy, or a medically related field.
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including 5-6 years in regulatory affairs with significant experience in labeling strategy.
+ Experience with investigational and marketed products across multiple regions (US, EU required).
+ Proven involvement in early development labeling strategy, including contributions to clinical protocol development and endpoint discussions.
+ Experience incorporating patient-focused evidence into labeling strategy is a plus.
+ Prior experience managing or mentoring team members is preferred.

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66
