• Lead multiple end-to-end strategic projects across several product lines and channels
• Use the Fortune Brands Innovation (FBIN) enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) system to plan, track, and coordinate project activities.
• Utilize FBIN's Product Development Process, ensuring timely and accurate gate reviews and routine reports are conducted on assigned projects. Responsible for assuring process discipline within project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required
• Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced Product Development environment leading cross-functional teams utilizing project management methodologies and project execution best practices
• PMI PMP certified, Agile experienced, and advanced MS Project skills are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply discipline in the use of project management toolset (scope, schedules, budgets, reports, risk management, updates).
• Proven ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams, driving decisions to deliver the product requirements
• Advanced communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities

• Lead the product innovation projects in Quality
• Actively participate and represent Quality in the appropriate product development team meetings
• Review and approve product / packaging component specifications in close collaboration with R&D and MS&T teams
• Review and approve stability data and reports and approve shelf-life statements for NPD projects
• Review and approve analytical method development and validation protocols and reports
• Responsible for preparation of impurities and degradation products risk assessments for OTC products

• Responsible to initiate, perform and document quality investigations, deviations and CAPA's related to product development in Galderma QMS
• Initiate, assess and handle Change Controls in Galderma QMS and work with all stakeholders for timely implementation of the changes
• Responsible for stability studies of products during development projects
• Promote improvement programs and alignments for C(D)MO(s) involved in the projects
• Share knowledge and train colleagues on relevant regulations
• Ensure customers satisfaction as well as regulatory compliance in all markets
• Manage and/or support all quality aspects for products through its entire lifecycle, from development to commercialization

• Ensure all documentation related to product development are done properly according to GDP's and maintained in Galderma Document Management System
• Participate in creation and revision of Galderma procedures and work instructions related to product development

• Work with all stakeholders and promote GMP and the GMP compliant way of working, including support the implementation of evolving regulatory requirements during product development phase and/or post-transition

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality role in pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industry
• Experience with Cosmetics GMPs and development is a must.
• Strong knowledge of ICH Quality guidelines
• Demonstrated knowledge in analytical chemistry method development and validation
• Experience in Cosmetic production and process improvements is a strong asset.
• Experience in China CSAR requirements is a strong asset
• Knowledge of Project Management, Lean and Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Risk Management are strong assets.

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager, Cell Therapy Cross Functional Capabilities (Senior Project Manager) is responsible for planning and delivery of Cell Therapy operations projects, programs, and/or business system releases as assigned. The Senior Project Manager will work with cross-functional business units including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial and IT to develop project charters, define and secure resources, support the budgeting process, build detailed project schedules, and manage and mitigate risks and issues.

The Senior Project Manager contributes to the success of the PPM team by applying a structured project management approach to complex projects that optimizes planning and delivery of the portfolio of projects, as well as contributes to maturing project management processes, tools, and methodologies to support execution of the portfolio of projects and enhancements to enable CTDO (Cell Therapy Development & Operations) late stage clinical and commercial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within business and IT to support Cell Therapy
2. Author project charters including definition of high-level timelines and budget needs by consulting with project team, SMEs, and other stakeholders as necessary
3. Define, secure, and communicate resource plan
4. Define and manage detailed project schedule including routine communication of progress, risks, and issues
5. Understand interdependencies between business and technology delivery schedules as well as operational needs
6. Manage risks and issues, including leading creation of mitigation plan and/or escalation as required
7. Manage project change control for changes in scope and timeline
8. Lead routine project team meetings
9. Collaborate with change management resources as assigned to develop stakeholder engagement and communication plan; develop and deliver stakeholder communications as required
10. Work creatively and analytically to solve problems demonstrating teamwork and innovation
11. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar area.
2. 8+ years of project management experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
3. Excellent knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning, resource planning and allocation, risk and issue management
4. Experience successfully leading large projects or programs, with impacts to multiple business units and systems
5. Experience in a range of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, SDLC)
6. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to work and drive issues to resolution independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
