This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent reservation experience, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in operating Sabre GDS software. Additionally, candidates must possess a basic understanding of AIMS (Airline Inventory Management System) and HOTAC (Hotel and Accommodation) modules. This role is fully onsite. The working hours are Wednesday 12 (midnight) to 4 a.m. (Tuesday night to Wednesday morning), Thursday - Saturday 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. Training shift initially is M-F 9-5.
Responsibilities:
+ Utilize Sabre GDS software to book flights, hotels, cars, and other travel reservations for corporate clients
+ Provide exemplary customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience
+ Monitor and manage travel policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and budget constraints
+ Collaborate with travel vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals on behalf of clients
+ Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to offer informed recommendations
+ Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and client communications
+ Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, schedule modifications, and emergency situations
Requirements:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or administrative position
+ Proficient in using Sabre GDS software to handle flight, hotel, and rental car reservations preferred but not required
+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
+ Proficient in Excel
+ Comfortable working with AIMS and HOTAC modules for airline inventory management and hotel accommodations
