**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**In this role as Channel Sales Manager, you will do the following:?**
**Manage Regional Sellout Performance:** ?Work with regional partners to identify strategy to diagnose and improve the performance of underperforming cities and develop pilot programs, incentives, and events to increase regional market share/sales lift
**Regional Business Development & Planning:** ?Lead regional joint business planning and strategy development based on partner opportunities?Analyze and report on regional insights and in-the-field research
**Partnership Relationship Management:?** Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leaderships
**Regional Level Incentives:** ?Develop and execute regional sell out incentives?Analyze lift and ROI on incentives.
**Launch Execution:** ?Drive flawless regional launch execution
**Program and Event Execution:** ?Leader execution of regional programs, promos, trainings, and events by coordinating with regional carrier team and cross functional teams
**Essential Functions:**
+ Up to 80% travel within the North East region of the United States
+ Drive sell-out of Google products through innovation, relationships, and sale strategies at the carrier level
+ Manage day-to-day Operations for Google's retail presence, including travel as needed
+ Distill insights and pursue improvements based on analysis of key performance metrics
+ Develop key relationships and influence carrier partners at the regional level
+ Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of all customer programs and new products and services
+ Work with 3rd party vendor resources to deliver upon SLA's and contract terms
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in retailer channel field sales and operations
+ Deep understanding of carrier channel, economics, incentives and operational dynamics
+ Existing relationships within Regional or District Retailer HQs (Carriers, Best Buy) and fluid at navigating Markets/HQ dynamics preferred
+ Excellent intrinsic skillset: communications, problem solving, leadership

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. + Develop and maintain reports to track, analyze, and visualize the performance of our marketing funnel from acquisition through to opportunity creation. Identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for optimization.
+ Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, paid, webinars). Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
