The role:

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on Google, you will be the primary architect of CookUnity's Google-led acquisition engine. You'll scale our presence across Google's entire performance ecosystem-including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display-driving the majority of our paid media growth. Your work will directly fuel CookUnity's customer acquisition and reactivation goals, with a focus on maintaining efficient CACs and accelerating LTV through Google's ever-evolving toolset

The leader will collaborate closely with the CRM, Performance Creative, Brand, as well as cross-functional teamwork with Product, Tech, and Design teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who has a data-centric mindset, thrives in high-growth, DTC environments, and is excited to build a best-in-class paid search program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.
Responsibilities:
1. Own and Execute Paid Search Growth Strategy
  • Serve as CookUnity's in-house Google expert-staying ahead of Google Ads product changes, Performance Max enhancements, AI integrations, and new demand gen formats.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid strategy across paid search, display, demand gen, performance max, and YouTube.
  • Evaluate the full capabilities of the Google Ads ecosystem to continuously push the boundaries of our acquisition and retargeting strategies.

  • Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with an emphasis on paid search within high-growth, subscription-based DTC companies.
  • A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns ($50MM+ annually)
  • Advanced experience with keyword research and writing compelling, keyword-rich title tags, meta descriptions and other copy within brand guidelines and in collaboration with multiple teams for input on high-visibility pages.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Author research papers to share and generate impact of research results across organization and in the research community.

The Team
Our Enterprise Security offering embeds security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client's technical backbone while enabling secure digital transformation. Includes security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Google SecOps architectures for deploying SIEM and SOAR platforms that comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS).
+ Work on end-to-end deployment of log ingestion pipelines using a variety of data fabric technologies and API integrations (e.g. Bindplane + Cloud Feeds).
+ Collaborate with SOC analysts and threat detection engineers to prioritize, develop, and tune threat detection content (rules) within Google SecOps to detect malicious behavior and adversaries within enterprise environments.
+ Translate SOC processes to automation playbooks within SOAR to alleviate alert fatigue and scale alert triage and response.
+ Develop and facilitate custom integrations between third-party platforms and security tooling and Google SecOps to support automated data ingestion, alert enrichment, and response.
+ Support the developments of case management solutions within Google SecOps SOAR to ensure strong operational metrics support and optimization of the analyst experience.
+ Stay current on cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance trends to enhance organizational security posture.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in security operations, threat detection engineering, or enterprise IT security.
+ Strong knowledge of security principles and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Killchain.
+ Proficient scripting skills in Python for automation and integration development.
+ Scripting skills in Gostash or Logstash for log normalization / parsing.
